Villa Kata Moon offers 3 spacious bedrooms with their own bathroom over two levels and private office/working space with bathroom.
Villa Kata Moon boasts a dazzling 8-meter infinity pool, spacious outdoor dining table and comfortable gazebo for sunset drinks or space to enjoy a book. This is a villa to be enjoyed year round with your family or friends.
Parking is available for a car or two motorbikes with easy access to the villa.
This villa is ideally situated only 5 minutes walk from two of Phuket’s premier white sand beaches, Kata and Kata Noi, and the bustling village style atmosphere of Kata. Apart from great shopping, with everything from boutiques to street-side markets, Kata is recognized as having some of the best restaurants in Phuket. The villa’s prime location also means that restaurants, beach club, cafes, and wellness spas are all easily accessible.

* Kindly turn off aircon when not use and when you are not in the rooms and when you leave the property
* Please do not have windows open when aircon is on.
* No smoking inside the property please ( balcony is ok)
* Only register guests are allowed to stay at the villa.
* Big and loud music party that could disturb neighbours are not allowed.
* Please be informed the exactly time you will check in because we do not provide check-in 24 hours.
* Please do not bring glassware into swimming pool.
*Tuktuk (Local Taxi) is not allowed to go inside Katamanda estates.

Guests can use whole villa include private swimming pool, balcony and kitchen.
Guests who want to use BBQ need to have cook/chef to cook or use with please.
Cleaning service included 3 times per week
For 28 nights ++ or more Electricity is not included , charge at cost 6 BHT per unit meter usage.
Security deposit of 800 USD or equivalent 25000 THB will be collected on arrival and returned on the check out day at departure time , subject to damage or breakages.
Alternatively, security deposit can also be hold by credit card as an option.

March 2025Проживали с друзьями в феврале. У каждой семьи была своя спальня с собственной ванной, что было очень удобно. Общая территория кухня, обеденная зона и зона у бассейна очень уютные и располагают для проведения совместного время. Бассейн с красивым видом на море. Спасибо огромное ребятам , которые приходили и чистили его пока ещё не встало солнце. Вилла находится между двумя пляжами, но нам очень понравилась дорога до лучшего пляжа на Пхукете- Ката Ной. Пешком 5 минут по тенистой дороге с горки. Передвигались в основном по Пхукету на такси. Удобно, быстро и такси подходит прямо к дверям виллы. Отдых понравился очень, не раздумывая заказали уже виллу на следующий приезд. Спасибо хозяйке Jariya. Всегда на связи и готова решить любой вопрос.

August 2024We will defiantely be back. Maybe one of, if not the best m, Airbnb experiences of any travel thus far. Perfect for young kids that love pools. Plenty of room inside and out for large families or with multiple couples. I would suggest, if scheduling an inhouse massage, they do not bring tables so it will likely be done in the bedroom with the single beds where our kid was staying so keep that in mind in case your appointment is during their nap time, etc.

May 2024别墅位置很私密，房间内环境很好，亮点是私人泳池，离卡塔海滩很近。管家和服务人员很热情。通往地下的卧室沿途的楼梯不平整，容易绊倒受伤，而且晚上有很多大虫子，这一点有点可怕。

April 2024We had a very nice time at this compact but beautiful villa. Very safe guarded community with a tennis court, gym and a community pool. Everything looks new and very well taken care of. Jariya and her staff are very welcoming and highly professional. Thank you!

December 2023The villa was beautiful! Very clean and well maintained. We really enjoyed our time here as a group of 6. There were many common areas where we could all be together, but still had our separate spaces. There was an issue with nearby construction noise (we understand that this was beyond the host’s control), but Jariya was very responsive and communicative. She genuinely cared about our experience and did everything she could to help us. We appreciate it so much, Jariya! Thank you

October 2023This airbnb was beautiful, modern and had a gorgeous view. Initially taxis have a hard time getting all the way to the house but if you message them they will come up. While you can walk to the beach it is a very steep hike. Beautiful pool and cleaning every other day was great. All the recommendations for boats and cooks were good and the service was phenomenal. Highly recommend

October 2023This is an unforgettable villa! Excellent sea view, beautiful swimming pool, every room is arranged just right, we almost don't want to go out! The entire community is also very beautiful and has access to tennis courts. We stayed here for 5 nights during this trip and Tu and Tan were very helpful throughout the trip! All needs are well taken care of, and the rented motorcycles and cars can be delivered directly to the door, allowing us to enjoy hotel-like services even though we are not in the hotel. Grab is available for all transportation and dining, and you can walk to Kata Beach in less than 10 minutes. I regret not arranging a massage at the villa. Although the price is not cheap, the overall experience is very satisfying. Highly recommended!

August 2023I recently had the pleasure of staying at Katamanda villa moon and I must say, it was an incredible experience. From the moment we arrived, the host made us feel right at home with their warm welcome and hospitality. The villa itself was absolutely stunning. It was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated. The highlight of the property was definitely the pool. It was large, well-maintained, and provided the perfect place to relax and cool off during the hot summer days. The pool area also had few comfortable loungers and seating, making it a great spot to soak up the sun and enjoy the breathtaking sea view.

July 2023Great place - very spacious for our family with a nice pool and great views. One thing to note is that one of the bedrooms is down a set of stairs and separated from the rest of the house. It’s a nice room and private from the rest of the house, but just something to keep in mind. Also the town of Kata is not too far but there is a walk down a hill with some traffic - you might need to hire a taxi or tuk tuk if you’re carrying things back to the villa. But we would definitely recommend the villa and hope to return.

February 2023The stay here has been one of my favourite places ever! Incredible views, host very responsive and helped us with driver, food recommendations and we also booked a chef one night and the food was wonderful! I would love to come again!
