An absolutely stunning villa, villa B3 has high wood-beamed ceilings, large sliding windows and cozy corners. The villa is bright and airy with a modern, open-plan kitchen and gorgeous wooden dining table which seats six people. Katamanda villa B3 has three outstanding bedrooms. Located on the ground level, the Master Bedroom has a king-size bed and private balcony.

The Guest Bedroom has a king-size bed, tiled ensuite bathroom with a rain shower and air-conditioning. It’s located on the lower level of Katamanda Tropical view B3 . The third bedroom, the Twin Bedroom, is located on the ground level overlooking the pool. It features a large ensuite bathroom with a rain shower.
The vast outdoor terrace of Katamanda villa B3 is home to a beautiful blue-tiled pool. The outdoor terrace is sheltered and private, and it’s ideal for impromptu barbecues or midnight chats.
Guests of our villa can enjoy exclusive access to the on-site clubhouse which includes a fitness center, tennis court and outdoor swimming pool. This luxury villa in Phuket is located within close proximity to both Kata and Kata Noi beaches as well as a variety of dining, entertainment and shopping options.

* No smoking inside the property please ( balcony is ok)
* Only register guests are allowed to stay at the villa.
* Big and loud music party that could disturb neighbours are not allowed.
* Please be informed the exactly time you will check in because we do not provide check-in 24 hours.
* Please do not bring glassware into swimming pool.
*Tuktuk (Local Taxi) is not allowed to go inside Katamanda estates.

For 28 nights ++ or more Electricity is not included , charge at cost 6 BHT per unit meter usage.
Security deposit of 600 USD or equivalent 20000 THB will be collected on arrival and returned on the check out day at departure time , subject to damage or breakages.
Alternatively, security deposit can also be hold by credit card as an option.

Вилла полностью соответствует фотографиям и описанию, уборка хорошего уровня, бассейн прекрасен, всегда был чистым(его чистили почти каждый день) и теплым, даже ночью он был достаточно теплым и мою дочку было сложно вытащить из него

March 2024We absolutely enjoyed every aspect of our stay. The host provided lots of tips and helped to sort out issues immediately (there were not many). The villa is very well equipped, cleaning service is provided three times a week with change of bed linen included. The villa estate is very close to restaurants and shops yet very private. We had a very enjoyable and relaxing stay.

February 2024I had to come to Phuket for work and took my family with me. My sister from Italy was also here at a nearby resort. The locations allowed us to spend some quality time with family. My kids especially enjoyed the swimming pool and the outdoor bathtub. The villa has everything you need to stay comfortable and to relax, a quiet corner of tranquillity. The communication was quick and easy, and check-in and check-out were painless. In my opinion, it was ideal for a family. Thanks a million, Jariya.

May 2023I would love to say thanks for the team ! They done excellent job ! The location is really good , 5 mins you can riding bike to anywhere you need ! 15mins walk to the restaurant, pharmacy, grocery. The house is so beautiful ! As a chef I enjoyed use the huge kitchen as well ! This house will be my first choice when I visit Phuket again!

February 2023Great place to stay, very nice private estate, super close to the main beaches. Bow communicated well, and supported us by arranging airport transfers, and Nee helped to get us a day excursion too. The apartment and pool were spacious and with great facilities, such as washing machine and coffee maker. The patio had sunshine and shade throughout the day, really lovely.

February 2023首先，总体评价一下，房子实在是太棒了。像是住在自己家里一样舒服。 房子的地理位置距离kata海滩特别近，只需要下一个坡就能到海边，而且冲浪的地方也在附近。住在这边也不用担心司机认不得路之类的，无论是接送机还是打车，司机都直接能把车开到villa门口接送。 其次，一定要说说房子里的大泳池，有这么大一个泳池在家，恨不得每一分每一秒都在泳池里呆着。水深大概1米5左右。 再说一说房子的设施设备。厨房和客厅是连在一起的，空间很大，有微波炉和大冰箱。711买回来的东西直接扔在冰箱里，想吃的时候随时加热就行。 另外，整个房子一共三个房间，一楼两个，地下一个，空间都很足够，每个房间也都有自己的浴室和厕所。 最后，房子的服务人员很耐心很负责，有什么问题随时问就行。而且房子每周还有三次免费的打扫，全面大扫除的那种。 下次若是再来，还是会选择这里！
