3 Bathrooms Enjoy a peaceful tropical stay at Katamanda B3, a spacious 3-bedroom private pool villa near Kata Beach in Phuket. Nestled within lush garden surroundings, this relaxing villa offers a perfect balance of comfort, privacy, and tropical indoor-outdoor living. Located inside the exclusive Katamanda Estate, guests can enjoy a quiet and secure environment just a short distance from Kata Beach, restaurants, cafés and convenience stores.

Katamanda villa B3 has three outstanding bedrooms. Located on the ground level, the Master Bedroom has a king-size bed and private balcony. Fitted with wooden furnishings, there is also a generous ensuite bathroom with an outdoor bathtub and rain shower.
The Guest Bedroom has a king-size bed, tiled ensuite bathroom with a rain shower and air-conditioning. It’s located on the lower level of Katamanda Tropical view B3 . The third bedroom, the Twin Bedroom, is located on the ground level overlooking the pool. It features a large ensuite bathroom with a rain shower.
The vast outdoor terrace of Katamanda villa B3 is home to a beautiful blue-tiled pool. The outdoor terrace is sheltered and private, and it’s ideal for impromptu barbecues or midnight chats.
Guests of our villa can enjoy exclusive access to the on-site clubhouse which includes a fitness center, tennis court and outdoor swimming pool. This luxury villa in Phuket is located within close proximity to both Kata and Kata Noi beaches as well as a variety of dining, entertainment and shopping options.
Kindly be informed that a complimentary continental breakfast is provided, except on Sundays.
Breakfast is served between 8:30 AM to 10:00 AM.

*Only registered guests are allow to access The heights compound and the property.
*Copy of guests passports are requitred to provide before check in.
*No smoking inside the property please ( balcony is ok)
* Kindly turn off aircon when not use.
* Please turn off aircon units when you are not in
the rooms and when you leave the property
* Please not have windows open when aircon is on.
*Cleaning service included 3 times per week.
Guests can use whole villa include private swimming pool, balcony and kitchen.
Our villa manager can provide all request you may want during your stay such as massage in the villa can be arranged, tours and excursions , restaurant booking, trips guidance and etc.
Grocery list can be requested and arranged with 20% surcharge on top of the bill in advance to be prepared for you on arrival.
Kindly note that the shared swimming pool will be closed for maintenance from 11th May to 16th June, and the estate gym will be closed from 11th May to 26th May.
*For stays of 28 nights or longer, electricity is charged separately at 6 THB per unit based on meter usage.
Security Deposit
Security deposit of 700 USD or equivalent 25000 THB will be collected on arrival and returned on the check out day at departure time , subject to damage or breakages.
Alternatively, credit card option for a hold authorization, which will be automatically released within 21-30 days depending on banks processing time.
