With three spacious bedrooms spread over two levels, high wood-beamed ceilings and stunning Balinese furniture. Katamanda villa B2 is truly a beautiful villa with a charming aesthetic.
There’s a plush L-shaped sofa in the living room and the modern kitchen features an island worktop. The open-plan kitchen has sliding glass doors and the dining room is fully air-conditioned.
Each of the three bedrooms of Villa B2 are charming. However, the Master Bedroom truly shines with its tropical bath with boasts an outdoor bathtub as well as a rain shower. Guest Bedroom 1 has twin beds, while Guest Bedroom 2 has a king-size bed. Both guest bedrooms offer generous ensuite bathrooms with rain showers.
Katamanda villa B2 features a lavish 10-meter pool which is sheltered on three sides for paramount privacy. The outdoor area is the perfect spot to indulge in a bit of Phuket’s glorious sunshine.

* Only register guests are allowed to stay at the villa.
* Big and loud music party that could disturb neighbours are not allowed.
* Please be informed the exactly time you will check in because we do not provide check-in 24 hours.
* Please do not bring glassware into swimming pool.
*Tuktuk (Local Taxi) is not allowed to go inside Katamanda estates.

For 28 nights ++ or more Electricity is not included , charge at cost 6 BHT per unit meter usage.
Security deposit of 700 USD or equivalent 20000 THB will be collected on arrival and returned on the check out day at departure time , subject to damage or breakages.
Alternatively, security deposit can also be hold by credit card as an option.

May 2025Nice place to stay , peaceful and good greenery all around . very calm and pleasant, BUT , my expensive cap went missing from the washroom counter where i had placed after checking in . Checked with the housekeeping staff but still did not find. Secondly the information at the time of booking on the Air BnB website mentioned that beach is a 3 min walk , but actually its a 8-11 min walk depending on individual speed, and then its 50 meter down staircase from the road. Overall a Clean and Good place , but since my expensive cap went missing , left a bad taste :-(

February 2025We had a wonderful stay at Jariya’s villa. She and the Luxe team were super responsive and helpful, arranging airport transfers, check-in and a private chef for one evening. They ensured our stay was very smooth and comfortable. The villa is waking distance to two beaches and plenty of cafes/restaurants. Would definitely stay again.

December 2024Fantastic location - walking distance to Kata Noi and Kata Beaches, and restaurants. Villa is located on a steep hill though. Very friendly host - responsive and helpful. Villa was clean and well maintained. Communal facilities like gym and tennis court are also well maintained.

March 2024This is the best villa in Phuket! Villa with 3 bedrooms, with great air condition, very comfortable beds, quite, clean, designed, and all what you need for great vacation. Big living room with kitchen (that has everything fir cooking) and huge pool, bigger than in photos. Just a few minutes walking and you are in the city center of Kata beach, with a lot of restaurants, bars, shops. 5 min walking to the beach, or 7-eleven. The villa is in private land with security 24/7, you have there also fitness, pool and tennis court. Next time in Phuket, I’m coming again!
