Welcome to Villa Aliya, a stunning 674 sqm villa featuring three large bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. Enjoy the dedicated TV/relaxation room for unwinding after a day of exploring. Fully air-conditioned for your comfort, this villa offers modern and comfortable furnishings, stylish artwork, and everything you need for a perfect holiday.
This villa is ideally situated only 5 minutes walk from two of Phuket’s premier white sand beaches, Kata and Kata Noi, and the bustling village style atmosphere of Kata. Apart from great shopping, with everything from boutiques to street-side markets, Kata is recognized as having some of the best restaurants in Phuket.

* Kindly turn off aircon when not use and when you are not in the rooms and when you leave the property
* Please do not have windows open when aircon is on.
* No smoking inside the property please ( balcony is ok)
* Only register guests are allowed to stay at the villa.
* Big and loud music party that could disturb neighbours are not allowed.
* Please be informed the exactly time you will check in because we do not provide check-in 24 hours.
* Please do not bring glassware into swimming pool.
*Tuktuk (Local Taxi) is not allowed to go inside Katamanda estates.

For 28 nights ++ or more Electricity is not included , charge at cost 6 BHT per unit meter usage.
Security deposit of 800 USD or equivalent 30000 THB will be collected on arrival and returned on the check out day at departure time , subject to damage or breakages.
Alternatively, security deposit can also be hold by credit card as an option.

February 2025很棒的一次体验啊！房东和团队提供了及时的服务，每周三次清洁工作让我们住的很愉快，所有的设备都很好，我们也很爱护，像在家的感觉。 只有押金这点，需要30日才能退回，时间有点长，如果可以快点就完美了。

January 2025Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans cette magnifique maison. Elle est situé sur la colline dans un complexe résidentiel calme, mais à une courte distance de la plage et de la ville. La maison est grande et meublée avec style. Le living et les chambres sont spacieuses. La terrasse et la piscine privée sont relaxantes. Nous recommandons cette maison de tout cœur.
