This luxury villa is completed in April 2023 this stylishly appointed and furnished villa offers everything you could ever want. Situated on Kata Beach hill on the entry to Kata Beach, Villa Nordic delivers hillside ocean breeze, scenic sunsets, privacy and a short drive to Kata Beach’s many restaurants, shopping and attractions.
Kindly inform that the villa neighbouring property will be under construction this year until approximately by October. Guests who book this villa may encounter noise works during 10am-5pm. We are offering airport pick up during the period. Booking this property during this period is acceptance of these works.

Outside you have a Kamadojoe BBQ on the pool deck ready for entertaining and a 12 seater dinning table inside.Offering 4 Bedrooms with private bathrooms, comfortable king size beds Large TV’s, ample wardrobe space and the bedrooms come with floor to celing blackout blinds for a perfect night’s sleep.
The Horizon Pool on the entertaining level offers somewhere for you to enjoy your afternoon and close to the kitchen. Outdoor or guest bathroom is close to the pool for wet area changing.
With a west facing orientation the magical sunsets and sea views can be enjoyed on the pool area, the roof top, living room or bedrooms.

Kindly see below and inform everyone in the group.
* Only registered guests allow to stay at the property
* Kindly turn off aircon units when guests are not in the rooms , when guests leave the property.
* Please do not have windows open when air-condition is on.
* No smoking inside the property please ( balcony outdoor area is ok)
* Not allow big party with loud music that could disturb the neighbors.

Guests have full private access to the entire villa, including the infinity pool, games room, rooftop terrace, and all indoor and outdoor living areas.
Our villa manager can provide all request you may want during your stay such as massage in the villa can be arranged, tours and excursions , restaurant booking, trips guidance and etc.
Grocery list can be requested and arranged with 20% surcharge on top of the bill in advance to be prepared for you on arrival.
*For stay 28 nights ++ or more Electricity is not included , charge at cost 6 BHT per unit meter usage.
* Security deposit of 1000 USD or equivalent 35000 THB will be collected on arrival and returned on the check-out day at departure time ,subject to damage or breakages.
Alternatively, credit card option for a hold authorization, which will be automatically released within 21-30 days depending on banks processing time.
