This luxury villa is completed in April 2023 this stylishly appointed and furnished villa offers everything you could ever want. Situated on Kata Beach hill on the entry to Kata Beach, Villa Nordic delivers hillside ocean breeze, scenic sunsets, privacy and a short drive to Kata Beach’s many restaurants, shopping and attractions.

Behind the automatic gate you will find a double carpark and entry doors to the villa offering privacy, beautifully landscapes gardens and grass areas to enjoy.
Villa Nordic Star’s kitchen is a home chef’s dream with an imported Italian Bertazzoni commercial cooktop/oven, double refrigerator/freezer, large benches for creating a world class meals. Outside you have a Kamadojoe BBQ on the pool deck ready for entertaining and a 12 seater dinning table inside.Offering 4 Bedrooms with private bathrooms, comfortable king size beds Large TV’s, ample wardrobe space and the bedrooms come with floor to celing blackout blinds for a perfect night’s sleep.
The Horizon Pool on the entertaining level offers somewhere for you to enjoy your afternoon and close to the kitchen. Outdoor or guest bathroom is close to the pool for wet area changing.
With a west facing orientation the magical sunsets and sea views can be enjoyed on the pool area, the roof top, living room or bedrooms.
The Phuket sunset’s are sure to take your breath away as Phuket delivers a kaleidoscope of colourful sunsets to surprise you each and every day.

The first of luxe-villas with rooftop sauna room and plunge spa (ice bath) you can enjoy any time of day, a true Nordic experience in paradise. Offering an enormous rooftop area for sun, relaxation, play, morning yoga or entertaining while you stay in Kata Beach. Read a book or on applications while using a selection of bean bag sunbed can be used upstairs on the rooftop or downstairs poolside.

* Kindly turn off aircon units when guests are not in the rooms , when guests leave the property.
* Please do not have windows open when air-condition is on.
* No smoking inside the property please ( balcony outdoor area is ok)
* Security deposit of 1000 USD or equivalent 35000 THB will be collected on arrival and returned on the check-out day at departure time subject to damage or breakages.

August 2024What an amazing place! The photos really don't do it justice. We've been fortunate to stay in a lot of amazing AirBNB's but this is by far the best. The villa was perfect. Beautiful views, amazing pool, luxurious bedrooms and appointments. Fast Wifi, responsive aircon, smarthub for lighting, amazing short throw projector & smart entertainment, Kamado Joe BBQ - anything you could possibly want. From the moment we arrived we were made to feel like royalty!! The team could not have been more accommodating, and Amm - the housekeeper was fantastic. She was never intrusive but always managed to keep everything perfect. And did laundry every day for us. And the concierge team were always on hand on whats app to make recommendations and bookings for us. Perfect! Oh and we cannot forget Warachai - the chef - whom we booked a couple of times on the stay. Wow!!! Better than any of the high end restaurants in the area!! Thank you! so much everyone!!! We cannot wait to see you all again!!!

August 2024Staying at this villa was the most exciting thing about coming to Phuket. Jariya the host is so warm and welcoming. She has outstanding and very professional staff, they were always present and willing to help with any questions we had eg transportation, a chef and tourist sites. The villa was always spotless clean. We will definitely come back here whenever we visit Phuket again. Thank you so much Jariya for the amazing stay.

December 2023Villa Nordic Star is by far one of the best villas I've stayed in. Jariya and her team were very responsive and accommodating which was greatly appreciated. They also helped me pull off the ultimate birthday celebration! We stayed at the villa for one week and it felt as if we were staying with family the entire time. The location is fabulous as the villa is surrounded by much scenic views. There are a few shops and restaurants within walking distance including fancy upscale restaurants and local restaurants. The villa was very new and modern and had a very comfortable feel. We enjoyed the chef and housekeeping accommodations. I would definitely recommend staying at this villa!

We got Chef Pok for the whole stay and the food was better than luxury restaurants, we choose our menu and it relieves us from looking for outside restaurants. From the very onset, it was clear that this place was unique and would forever etch itself as a golden memory in my travelogue. To start with the property itself: Wow! It's one thing to see pictures online, but stopping in this space felt akin to entering a page from an upscale lifestyle magazine. Every nook anc cranny screamed of meticulous thought, from the layout to the choice of furnishings. The ambiance was that of effortless luxury - the kind that doesn't overwhelm but instead invit you in with open arms. The fusin of modern design with cozy elements made it a haven relaxation, an oasis amidst the whirlwind of travels.

It was a true paradise for those seeking a tranquil escape. The villa was well equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Amm, our wonderful maid, was instrumental in making our stay comfortable, helping us with daily tasks such as cleaning, cloths washing and towels changing. The professionalism of the management team was top notch in terms of communication and assisting us for the activities. However, there were a few downsides to our stay that are worth mentioning. One notable inconvenience was the requirement to pay a $1000 in cash as a deposit, and the manager didn’t accept payment through the app. In today’s digital age, this kind of outdated. We also encountered an issue with the aluminum sliding doors during the heavy rain and windy weather which leaked water into the villa, they sent a technician to solve the issue

September 2023Nordic star villa is one of the best villa we have even been so far. The design is very modern, so spacious, the view and environment is so stunning. We were welcome by the team and there is a super friendly house keeper (Amm) that actually staying with us, helping to tidy and keep the environment clean, to communicate with bike rental / take away / massage / in house chef service, even helping us to wash the dirty clothing (after surfing / elephant tour) everyday. We really enjoyed the stay , both adult & kid can relax and have fun here. Our family wish to come back visit phuket villa every year.
