The space

Glass doors complement the living and dining areas of the villa, which both overlook the swimming pool. The interiors of the luxury villa in Phuket are decorated with a contemporary design featuring classic wall art and antique Asian artifacts. The kitchen is vast and modern. Guests can choose to cook for themselves or hire a private chef to prepare a variety of meals.
The outdoor pool deck of the villa offers up the best sunset spot in Phuket. Take a seat on one of the plush sun loungers near the 12-meter infinity pool and watch the show begin. During the day, of course, the sun loungers and infinity pool offer up a personal playground to enjoy.

Villa Katamalee has four bedrooms which can accommodate up to eight guests. Three of the bedrooms have king-size beds, while the fourth is a large twin bedroom. The bedrooms all feature dark wooden floors, ensuite bathrooms and sliding glass doors.

This villa is ideally situated only 5 minutes walk from two of Phuket’s premier white sand beaches, Kata and Kata Noi, and the bustling village style atmosphere of Kata. Apart from great shopping, with everything from boutiques to street-side markets, Kata is recognized as having some of the best restaurants in Phuket.
There are great choice of cafes, restaurants and salons for guests to enjoy.
Shops , convenient stores are easy to find in Kata area.
Popular beach club FIRA beach club newly opened this year is only within 6-10 mins walk.

House rule , kindly inform everyone in your group.

* Kindly turn off aircon when not use and when you are not in the rooms and when you leave the property
* Please do not have windows open when aircon is on.
* No smoking inside the property please ( balcony is ok)
* Only register guests are allowed to stay at the villa.
* Big and loud music party that could disturb neighbours are not allowed.
* Please be informed the exactly time you will check in because we do not provide check-in 24 hours.
* Please do not bring glassware into swimming pool.
*Tuktuk (Local Taxi) is not allowed to go inside Katamanda estates.

Other things to note

Cleaning service included 3 times per week

For 28 nights ++ or more Electricity is not included , charge at cost 6 BHT per unit meter usage.

Security deposit of 800 - 1000 USD or equivalent 30000 - THB will be collected on arrival and returned on the check out day at departure time , subject to damage or breakages.
Alternatively, security deposit can also be hold by credit card as an option.

Note Katamalee

Living room at Katamalee is open space open plan layout with sliding windows . There are 3 ceiling fans, high ceiling, sea breeze open plan , design has no aircon in living room due to high ceiling and open space with all windows can open. There is no tv in living room, exact the same as photos.

All 4 bedrooms have aircon each room, there are TVs in 3 out of 4 bedrooms.

Really lovely stay - the pool is amazing, rooms are clean and it is a short walk to the beach - a steep climb back up, but entirely doable. It was perfect for a short break. The living room doesn’t have any air conditioning (as described) and it basically open air, as is the dining room, so we missed having somewhere communal together which was cooler in the evenings. Overall a nice stay

This Villa is stunning. Very beautifully decorated and breathtaking views including an infinity pool. The host and her team were extremely helpful and responsive. I would highly recommend this Villa for a special stay.

Absolutely fantastic stay at Villa Katamalee, Karon! Jariya and her team were super helpful - organised private chefs to cook breakfast and dinner and even organised private in-house massages as well an in-house maid who ensured everything was cleaned daily. Photos match up although the views from the villa are even more spectacular in person! Would highly recommend this villa to anyone wanting a private experience in a great location. Jariya also helped organised the airport transfer directly to the villa and gave us a guided tour of the surroundings and how to access everything easily.

It was a once in a lifetime experience to stay here. The photos match the description really well, lots of great art is decorating the house and the view from the pool is mesmerising. The staff were great. 5/5!

Had a great stay at Jariya’s place. Super comfortable, really helpful team including Sodsai and Tan to answer all our questions! House was beautiful, amenities were great. Location was really nice too, but if you don’t have a vehicle accessibility is a problem, as there is a steep uphill walk. Other than that, would definitely recommend this place!

Stunning villa for our stay with two families. The villa is well located to walk on to town but the walk uphill after was a struggle which was a shame. Parking in the town was near impossible too but taxis were cheap and readily available. Amazing restaurants nearby and we experienced the villa chef which was a great experience and plentiful. Only gripe was that there is no communal toilet on the living room floor

We had a great stay! The villa perfectly fits to a relaxing vacation with a picturesque view and nice surroundings. Though it's a Complex of villas you still feel very private there having a lot of space and being surrounded by trees and bushes from the neighbours (which are not so close anyway) and half of the territory is facing the sea

The villa is gorgeous, beautifully designed and decorated with high quality furnitures and finishing . The pool is amazing and large, and the view is THE BEST! The bedrooms are specious with attached bathrooms. The villa staff is very attentive and try her best so make our stay wonderful . I would highly recommend for those who are looking for private and exclusive place to spend quality time with family and friends. Thanks Bow for having us at your place. We will definitely come back
