The space

Kindly note that the estate gym will be closed from 11th May to 26th May.
Guests booking the property during these periods are kindly requested to acknowledge and accept these maintenance conditions.

Glass doors complement the living and dining areas of the villa, which both overlook the swimming pool. The interiors of the luxury villa in Phuket are decorated with a contemporary design featuring classic wall art and antique Asian artifacts. The kitchen is vast and modern. Guests can choose to cook for themselves or hire a private chef to prepare a variety of meals.
The outdoor pool deck of the villa offers up the best sunset spot in Phuket. Take a seat on one of the plush sun loungers near the 12-meter infinity pool and watch the show begin. During the day, of course, the sun loungers and infinity pool offer up a personal playground to enjoy.

Villa Katamalee has four bedrooms which can accommodate up to eight guests. Three of the bedrooms have king-size beds, while the fourth is a large twin bedroom. The bedrooms all feature dark wooden floors, ensuite bathrooms and sliding glass doors.

This villa is ideally situated only 5 minutes walk from two of Phuket’s premier white sand beaches, Kata and Kata Noi, and the bustling village style atmosphere of Kata. Apart from great shopping, with everything from boutiques to street-side markets, Kata is recognized as having some of the best restaurants in Phuket.
There are great choice of cafes, restaurants and salons for guests to enjoy.
Shops , convenient stores are easy to find in Kata area.
Popular beach club FIRA beach club newly opened this year is only within 6-10 mins walk.

Kindly inform that the neighbouring property in different estate is under construction this year. Guests who book this villa may encounter noise works during 10am-5pm. Booking this property during this period is acceptance of these works.

* Kindly turn off aircon when not use and when you are not in the rooms and when you leave the property
* Please do not have windows open when aircon is on.
* No smoking inside the property please ( balcony is ok)
* Only register guests are allowed to stay at the villa.
* Big and loud music party that could disturb neighbours are not allowed.
* Please be informed the exactly time you will check in because we do not provide check-in 24 hours.
* Please do not bring glassware into swimming pool.
*Tuktuk (Local Taxi) is not allowed to go inside Katamanda estates.

Guest access

Guests can use whole villa include private swimming pool, balcony and kitchen.

Interaction with guests

Our villa manager can provide all request you may want during your stay such as massage in the villa can be arranged, tours and excursions , restaurant booking, trips guidance and etc.

Grocery list can be requested and arranged with 20% surcharge on top of the bill in advance to be prepared for you on arrival.

Other things to note

Kindly inform that the villa neighbouring property is under construction this year. Guests who book this villa may encounter noise works during 10am-5pm. We are offering airport pick up during the period. Booking this property during this period is acceptance of these works.

Fitness in the estate is close until 26th May 2026, and it will be opened on 27th May.

For 28 nights ++ or more Electricity is not included , charge at cost 6 BHT per unit meter usage.

Security deposit of 800 - 1000 USD or equivalent 30000 - THB will be collected on arrival and returned on the check out day at departure time , subject to damage or breakages.
Alternatively, security deposit can also be hold by credit card as an option.
