Villa Sooksan is the spacious, 2-storey villa contemporary with interiors of warm colors which complement sea views. Kindly note that the shared swimming pool will be closed for maintenance from 11th May to 16th May, and the estate gym will be closed from 11th May to 26th May. Guests booking the property during these periods are kindly requested to acknowledge and accept these maintenance conditions.
The spacious, story villa is modern and contemporary with interiors of warm colors which complement the verdant gardens and the mesmerizing sea views. Baan Kata Sooksan is available to rent individually, or in combination with any of its neighboring villas within Katamanda Estate to accommodate larger groups.
Luxurious outdoor living is on display at Baan Kata Sooksan. A terrace runs the length of the villa and there are sun loungers and comfortable chairs to relax in.
The lounge and dining room are located on the first floor of the villa. Eco friendly wicker furniture is positioned throughout this communal living space, while the modern kitchen is fully functional and well-equipped with cooking utensils and appliances.
Each of the three bedrooms at Baan Kata Sooksan feature king-size beds and plenty of space to laze about and relax. The bedrooms all have ensuite bathrooms with refreshing rain showers. The bedrooms are decorated with traditional wooden furniture and rattan wardrobes. The Master Bedroom has sliding glass doors that give way to epic sea views while the two other guest bedrooms offer up the same delightful views through large windows.

* Big and loud music party that could disturb neighbours are not allowed.
* Please be informed the exactly time you will check in because we do not provide check-in 24 hours.
* Please do not bring glassware into swimming pool.
*Tuktuk (Local Taxi) is not allowed to go inside Katamanda estates.

Guests can use whole villa include private balcony and kitchen.
Our villa manager can provide all request you may want during your stay such as massage in the villa can be arranged, tours and excursions , restaurant booking, trips guidance and etc.
Grocery list can be requested and arranged with 20% surcharge on top of the bill in advance to be prepared for you on arrival.

For stay 28 nights ++ or more Electricity is not included , charge at cost 6 BHT per unit meter usage.
Security deposit of 600 USD or equivalent 20000 THB will be collected on arrival and returned on the check out day at departure time , subject to damage or breakages.
Alternatively, credit card option for a hold authorization, which will be automatically released within 21-30 days depending on banks processing time.
