Villa Mila offers a modern kitchen, double door refrigerator/freezer and new cooking equipment for you to create memorable meals or have our team of Chef’s assist.

This spacious villa over three levels offers privacy for guests for some down time as well as many areas to enjoy together.
The fitness center will be closed from 1st October 2025 to 30th November 2025 for renovation. It is scheduled to reopen on 1st December 2025.

Walking distance to Kata and Kata Noi beach which are very pleasant. The bays of kata Village, entices and charms many visitors with its white sands and clear waters. Kata is split into two focal areas: Kata Centre, which is at the northern end close to Karon and Kata South, home to several resorts. The Club Med takes up most of the beach road, resulting in a shaded footpath that makes for a pleasant stroll. Continuing on through the village, visitors will find an abundance of shops to browse in, from surf house souvenir and ready-to-wear outlets, to 7-Elevens and local mini-marts, to massage and salons. There are also plenty of dive shops and tour operators to assist those looking to explore beyond the beach.

Our villa manager can provide all request you may want during your stay such as massage in the villa can be arranged, tours and excursions , restaurant booking, trips guidance and etc.
Grocery list can be requested and arranged with 20% surcharge on top of the bill in advance to be prepared for you on arrival.
Kindly note that the estate gym will be closed from 11th May to 26th May.
Guests booking the property during these periods are kindly requested to acknowledge and accept these maintenance conditions.

Kindly note that the shared swimming pool will be closed for maintenance from 11th May to 16th June, and the estate gym will be closed from 11th May to 26th May.
For stays of 28 nights or longer, electricity is charged separately at 6 THB per unit based on meter usage.
Security deposit of 800 - 1000 USD or equivalent 30000 - THB will be collected on arrival and returned on the check out day at departure time , subject to damage or breakages.
Alternatively, credit card option for a hold authorization, which will be automatically released within 21-30 days depending on banks processing time.
