Kindly note that the shared swimming pool will be closed for maintenance from 11th May to 16th June, and the estate gym will be closed from 11th May to 26th May. Guests booking the property during these periods are kindly requested to acknowledge and accept these maintenance conditions.

This villa is ideally situated only 5 minutes walk from two of Phuket’s premier white sand beaches, Kata and Kata Noi, and the bustling village style atmosphere of Kata. Apart from great shopping, with everything from boutiques to street-side markets, Kata is recognized as having some of the best restaurants in Phuket. For spectacular sunsets we can recommend one of the hilltop restaurants above Kata.

* Please do not have windows open when aircon is on.
* No smoking inside the property please ( balcony is ok)
* Only register guests are allowed to stay at the villa.
* Big and loud music party that could disturb neighbours are not allowed.
* Please do not bring glassware into swimming pool.
* Please be informed the exactly time you will check in because we do not provide check-in 24 hours.
*Tuktuk (Local Taxi) is not allowed to go inside Katamanda estates.

Guests can use whole apartment equipment include share swimming pool and fitness center.
Our villa manager can provide all request you may want during your stay such as massage in the villa can be arranged, tours and excursions , restaurant booking, trips guidance and etc.
Grocery list can be requested and arranged with 20% surcharge on top of the bill in advance to be prepared for you on arrival.

For 28 nights ++ or more utilities are not included , charge at cost 6 BHT per unit meter usage.
Security deposit of 500 USD or equivalent 20000- THB will be collected on arrival and returned on the check out day at departure time , subject to damage or breakages.
Alternatively, credit card option for a hold authorization, which will be automatically released within 21-30 days depending on banks processing time.
