Upper level floor has 2 bedrooms with own bathrooms.
Kindly note that the shared swimming pool will be closed for maintenance from 11th May to 16th June, and the estate gym will be closed from 11th May to 26th May. Guests booking the property during these periods are kindly requested to acknowledge and accept these maintenance conditions.

Level 2 Bedrooms (master bedroom has king bed and second bedroom has twin beds. ( Twin beds can put together as double bed if guests requested). Both bedrooms have sea view.

Guests can go to Kata beaches, restaurant, café, convenient store , salon and massage shops within 1 kilometer. Katamanda villa estate is also within few kilometer from Kata-Karon view point, famous. Its only 10-15mins drive to Chalong pier, Rawai, Nui beach attractions.

* Kindly turn off aircon when not use and when you are not in the rooms and when you leave the property
* Please do not have windows open when aircon is on.
* No smoking inside the property please ( balcony is ok)
* Only register guests are allowed to stay at the villa.
* Big and loud music party that could disturb neighbours are not allowed.
* Please be informed the exactly time you will check in because we do not provide check-in 24 hours.
*Tuktuk (Local Taxi) is not allowed to go inside Katamanda estates.

Guests can use whole villa equipment include share swimming pool, tennis court and fitness center.
Our villa manager / supervisor will add chat group with customers before arrival to make sure everything go smoothy and assist to customer's questions and request.
Kindly note that the shared swimming pool will be closed for maintenance from 11th May to 16th June, and the estate gym will be closed from 11th May to 26th May.
A complimentary continental breakfast (now - Oct) is provided, except on Sundays.
Breakfast is served between 8:30 AM to 10:00 AM.
Security deposit of 20,000 BHT required. This can be done by the hold authorization on credit card and return within couple weeks depending on bank policy. or it can be collected by cash and returned on check out date and time.
Alternatively, credit card option for a hold authorization, which will be automatically released within 21-30 days depending on banks processing time.
For stay 28 nights ++ or more Electricity is not included , charge at cost 6 BHT per unit meter usage.

Yes — complimentary breakfast is included and served daily from 8:00–10:00 AM (except Sundays).

Yes — both a washing machine and dryer are available for guest convenience.

Guests staying within the Katamanda Estate can also use the private beach gate access, where the walk to Kata Noi Beach and Kata Beach is only approximately 5–10 minutes.
