* Kindly turn off aircon when not use and when you are not in the rooms and when you leave the property
* Please do not have windows open when aircon is on.
* No smoking inside the property please ( balcony is ok)
* Only register guests are allowed to stay at the villa.
* Big and loud music party that could disturb neighbours are not allowed.
* Please be informed the exactly time you will check in because we do not provide check-in 24 hours.
* Please do not bring glassware into swimming pool.
*Tuktuk is not allowed to go inside Katamanda estates.Tuktuk can stop at the gate.
( Normal car, van taxi are ok and allowed to drive in the estate)

Guests can use all facilities in villa

Interaction with guests

Our Villa Manager will contact you before the check in date 14 days to make sure your check in smooth.
Our villa manager will also assist you during stay if required such as making reservations of tours, massages, taxi, restaurants, etc.

Other things to note

For 28 nights ++ or more Electricity is not included , charge at cost 6 BHT per unit meter usage.

Security deposit of 1500 USD or equivalent will be collected on arrival and returned on the check out day at departure time , subject to damage or breakages.
Alternatively, security deposit can also be hold by credit card as well as an option.

It’s a beautiful villa with a amazing view, amazing house help Pumpi, she was really helpful and arranged food for us from ordering local vegetarian food also helped in getting groceries. She and her team are very good and helpful. Rooms are big especially on the main floor also other rooms are quite good. Had no problems or issues while we were there for 5 days. One suggestion would be that if you can provide enough water and not just a small bottle per person per day, so we don’t need to remember to buy, its not the cost but its just convenient if enough water is provided, as its an expensive stay and in the whole scheme of things water is not a big deal.
