Our villa manager can provide all request you may want during your stay such as massage in the villa can be arranged, tours and excursions , restaurant booking, trips guidance and etc. Our maid can provide you some breakfast preparation /cooking service, private cook /chef service can be also arrange at cost.
Grocery list can be requested and arranged with 20% surcharge on top of the bill in advance to be prepared for you on arrival.
Cleaning service included 5 times per week.
For 28 nights ++ or more Electricity is not included , charge at cost 6 BHT per unit meter usage.
Security deposit of 1000 USD or equivalent 35000 THB will be collected on arrival and returned on the check-out day at departure time , subject to damage or breakages.
Alternatively, security deposit can also be hold by credit card as an option.

April 2025We were a group of 12 people who spent Songkran in Phuket, and we fell in love with this villa! Was hard to leave to go and explore, as the villa had everything we needed. The speakers were great, and the games room and theater were better than what was in the photos. Kept our whole group super busy. Jariya and her staff were extremely hospitable, from cleaning the house daily, to cooking us breakfast. Highly recommend this villa for a large group. However, please note there are lots of stairs in this property since there are 4 floors. Additionally, there are only 5 rooms for 12 people, so some people might have to get an extra bed or crash on the couch. We will definitely be coming back here, as we had an amazing time.

November 2024We had a lovely stay at the villa. The photos don’t do it justice, it looks much better in natural light! Wonderful view The staff are absolute stars, cooking us delicious breakfast everyday and helping us with everything in between. The only thing to note is that there are a lot of stairs — the entrance is up a flight of stairs with no handrail, and the stairs in the villa itself are the floating type with gaps in the vertical spaces. This made it tricky with kids and elderly, as all the bedrooms have to be accessed via stairs. Other than that, we had no complaints whatsoever! A wonderful and enjoyable stay at the villa.

We were immediately impressed by how clean and comforting the villa was in person, it was even bigger than it looked on the pictures. All neccessities were available in the villa including all kitchen supplies, bedding, toiletries, towels, etc. Each room and their own bathrooms were like their own 5 star hotel room and the living room, cinema room and game room were all amazing to spend time in as a group. The pool was beautiful and the view from the living room is amazing. All the staff were extraordinarily kind and helpful. They were all incredibly welcoming and provided routine cleaning for all rooms. Any questions were easily and quickly answered and we always felt well treated. The air conditioning was effective and we all felt comfortable and at home quickly. Me and my group would rate our stay at Villa Momo as excellent and highly recommended!

December 2023We came as a family of six to villa momo and instantly fell in love with the place. We were greeted by the staff who clean the place and they were lovely. The place is exactly how it looks. Rooms are spacious , added bonus is the theatre room and pool room. The place is stunning and has a great feel to it. We even took on a chef called Po and he was delightful. We took a few days out to phi phi island via boat. The whole trip was amazing and the stay will defo be missed. Thank you Jariya. Would I come again to the same place. Yes I definitely would and my whole family also agree.

July 2023The check in process went very smoothly, the host was extremely accommodating with any inquiries or requests, the chief prepared a lovely dinner as soon as we reached the premise and the word delicious just couldn't do it justice. We loved the villa, rooms, pool area and kitchen, everything was as described and equipped with anything that you might need. The housekeepers were very delightful and kept are villa/rooms clean at all times, they were also very gracious with doing some of our laundry when we asked. The play room is amazing for adults and kids (loved the air hockey). There is a small grocery store and a massage place right in front of the villa that we frequented. However, other than that the location is a bit far from walking areas and popular places, hence we had to order cars quite often.

March 2023We couldn't have been happier with our stay at Villa Momo. From the moment we booked until the moment we checked out, it was a Grade-A experience. The team was incredibly helpful with booking travel, providing recommendations and ensuring we had everything we needed. The cleaning staff kept the property pristine, with daily towel and linen services, trash removal, etc. We also took advantage of the in-home chef, who prepared wonderful breakfasts and traditional Thai dishes. The property itself is stunning, complete with updated amenities, comfy beds, bluetooth speakers for each floor, and a great game room. The views of Kata Beach, particularly at sunset, were immaculate. All in all, we couldn't have enjoyed ourselves more and would highly recommend this to anyone visiting Phuket.

August 2022We stayed at Villa Momo as a family of 9, and in short, it was amazing. Our stay at the Villa had no boring moment. The basement is filled with entertainment such as air hockey, billiard and baby foot. The bedrooms were nice, clean and comfortable. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything you could possibly need to cook any meal. The location very convenient, all amenities and tourist attractions are within 15-20 minutes, even convenient stores. The only downsides we experienced during our stay were: 1- The windows are fully see through, where everything can be seen from the outside, even during the daytime. If you are a modest family, you won’t be able to walk around the Villa very comfortably. 2- The staircase has a dangerous space that isn’t very kid friendly, so kids need an extra careful eye on them. 3- The swimming pool isn’t fully private, the neighboring villas and hotels have clear visibility of the pool and some of the living area inside. All in all, we had a great time. Unforgettable days spent in Phuket, Thailand.

January 2018This place was beyond amazing!! Waking up to a beautiful ocean view every morning with food ready to go. I had the most relaxing time here. I really enjoyed my stay here. Bow was an excellent host that provided me with anything I needed to make my stay A+. The villa has maids that provide you with anything you need. They will run to the store for you and get whatever you want(make sure you tip them though). Also ask for private chef named Sorn, she made hands down the best Thai food! I tried local food and it does not compare to the private chef. We will be back!

February 2018Momo Villa is way better than I expected, we were a group of 14 and still the villa feels spacious for us! We can’t decide our favourite part of the villa; the games room, the movie room, the pool, the rooftop with ANOTHER pool, all is equally awesome. The view from the villa is breathtaking.. woke up in the morning with a view of the sea and Kata town, and relaxing in the evening watching sunsets everyday.. pure bliss. But what I like best is the human touch.. (that what AirBNB is all about anyway). Communication with Ms Bow is easy and fast, and the villa manager Ms Tu was absolutely amazing, we can simply ask for their help with anything.. from arranging transports, daily in-house massage, booking private chef (Chef Sorn is fantastic!) with discounted price.. and the best part is they didn’t charge anything extra for these services! Oh and the other plus is the stay includes DAILY cleaning and towels change, something that’s quite rare with this affordable daily rate. In short, it’s a perfect stay and many thanks to Ms Bow, Ms Tu and the maids for giving us a perfect time in Phuket. Some of our friends back home were already asking about this villa even while we were still there, highly recommended!

Just relax with the beautiful view of sunset & sunrise. Just in front of the villa there's a convenience store that you can get almost everything needed from drinks, snack to car and bike rental right at doorstep. Although there's a restaurant just a few steps away, we didn't have time to eat there for we are so comfortable in the house with every meals been served.

June 2018Wow! Wow! Wow! I love the house so so much. It is just like the picture shown. Great entertainment facilities and great view from all the balcony, pool and roof top garden. You will never regret about this house. Some more you could request for in house catering and in house massage. Especially after a day of shopping we request 4 masseur to massage on the roof top garden around 6pm. They were great with great night view. It would be even better if the house is next to the beach. It is quite a distance to most places therefore having own transport will be better. In the end I would like to thanks Bow and Ms Tu again for the hospitality provided by them. Is a definite that I am coming back again.

July 2018I stayed at Villa Momo for 4 nights with a group of friends, and to date this is by far the best Airbnb experience we've ever had. The villa was incredible, very reasonably priced and far exceeded our expectations. Everything was thought and accommodated for. Bow was kind enough to arrange a taxi from the airport at a reasonable rate and from the flexibility of check-in to the daily cleaning service, the service was second to none. At one point during our trip, the AV receiver in the living room began to play up, Bow was extremely quick to respond on Airbnb chat and despite not being able to fix the unit during our trip, she kindly offered a complimentary taxi back to the airpot as well as a range of other additional services. We were able to organise a chef to cook at the villa which was a wonderful experience. I can't recommend this place highly enough. By far the best Airbnb I have ever stayed in, not only was the place amazing, but the service on top made it all.

Great to have a convenient store just opposite. Only thing is that the villa is far from the towns, so you always have to get a cab to go anywhere and it is pricier because it is out of the way. Besides that, really amazing villa!

July 2018• Bow is so nice and the villa is really beautiful. Exactly the same as the pictures. It is clean and tidy. We have 12 peoples and the villa size is perfectly fit for us. We enjoy our stay in the villa. Bow has helped us to arrange private chef service who cooks very delicious food. During the stay, we always check with Bow for the activities, like day tour, driver, chef...., and she is so helpful and responsive. The swimming pool is little bit small but it is good for relaxing. The kitchen is well equipped. The game room is good for kids and adults. The sound proof of the sitting room is not so good as we can clearly hear the music and noise of the villa next to us. The roof top terrace is nice but there is no lights at night that we have not enjoyed it. Overall, it is our first time to stay in villa but the experience is good. Thank you very much for Bow and her team (the maid and the chef).

August 2018We are going to Phuket for the first time. We met MoMo villa on Airbnb website. We are very much looking forward to staying. When we arrived at the villa, Tu was waiting for us. She was very friendly. We asked for her to do it. Mo Mo villa has five suites, swimming pool, bar, games room and private cinema. The environment is clean. In addition, Tu also arranged a chef to cook a seafood meal and BBQ for us. It is very delicious. This holiday, our family It’s a great experience, this is my best stay. I will go to Mo Mo Villa again next time I come to Phuket.

August 2018This was my first experience with Airbnb hence was a little bit hesitant on what to expect but it turn to be a great one . We have stayed at this villa , which is one of twin attached together, with a family of 9. The kids relay enjoyed the pool and game room. The villa is super clean and has almost everything that you will need to make your stay a pleasant one . Bow was so nice to offer us, free of charge, to stay at one of the Flats before we checked in at 3pm, since we arrived early in the morning . Tu was very accommodating of all of our needs, the villa was very is located in a quite neighborhood and I think the housemate lives close by and her services were excellent . The chefs have added to the excellent services . Thank you Bow and Tu and also housemate .

The chef and in villa massages were amazing, and Bow, Tu and the house staff were extremely responsive and took care of all of our requests in a very timely manner. The villa is located in a quiet residential area a few minutes drive from Kata beach - very convenient if you have a rental car, but there isn't much else within walking distance aside from the convenience store across the street. Overall, it was a great experience, and we would highly recommend it to anyone.

February 2019This place truly knocked our socks off. With Airbnb, or just online shopping in general, you truly never know what you’re going to get. Places often look better online than they actually are. But this villa was everything we expected to be and more! The hospitality was amazing, the views were breathtaking from every room, the cleanliness was impeccable, the chef made us thee most amazing bday dinner (food was phenomenal), communication was easy and responses were quick, the theater was a fun added bonus for when we were too tired from partying all day in the sun to go out at night , the location was perfect (not too far from town and had food stores, restaurants and spa on the block), and overall was a fabulous experience. I would recommend anyone to stay here traveling in large groups, with or without children... it’s perfect. The split levels allow everyone to have their own space and the balcony off nearly every room eliminates the fight over who gets what room. It truly was a great place to stay and if we came back, we would do it all over again at Villa Momo! Thanks Bow for everything!

I would rate this house more than 5 stars if i could. So if your hesitant on a place THIS IS FOR SURE THE PLACE YOU NEED. Won’t be disappointed at all. Everything is clean. The cleaners come everyday at what ever time you would like for them to come and clean the entire house. I traveled with a group of 6 and we were all comfortable with the space, we didn’t have to wash not 1 dish, how serious the cleaning service were. Definitely keep balcony doors closed at night because the mosquitoes will come ( i got Bit bad in my sleep). I enjoyed my stay here Bow is a very understanding and respectful Host we broke a wood table and a cigarette burn on the top roof sofa and she kindly treated the situation very well and it made me feel extremely comfortable. Gladly paid her for the damages. Anything you need help with as far as get a taxi or do excursions she would gladly help you with a quick response. Patong Beach is very nice jet ski (very cheap) lots of bars and food. villa is definitely in a good location Close to beach, food, bars, clubs etc. there is a store directly in front of the house (so convenient)to get snacks and also rent scooters (which i definitely recommend you to get to get around to places) but please be cautious with renting scooters from the lady at the store she charged us extra money for damages (Scratches) we didn’t do that was already on bikes. 1 bike we did damage cause one fell off bike and broke mirror. Of course we paid for what we did but we rent 5 bikes and she charged us over $500 usd from scratches we didn’t do so please take pictures, videos of the bikes before renting. The streets are very dangerous to drive compared to where I’m from so be cautious on the bikes it’s easy to get in accident if your not extra careful. Other than that 5 stars ⭐️

April 2019This villa is absolutely incredible - beautifully built and finished with amazing amenities. Loved the roof-top terrace (with Jacuzzi!) and our kids thought that the cinema room was awesome. The staff are brilliant - and keep the villa spotlessly clean. We could not have asked for more from the villa, facilities or host.

June 2019We are a group of 8 people and we had a wonderful stay with Bow. Bow and her housekeeper Tu responded to us promptly. The villa itself is very nice and very spacious. They kept the villa very clean and every room has its own private bathroom. The driver they provide was at reasonable cost he was polite and patient. They also arranged in house massage with good value. The only thing is just the pool is a bit small and we have to take extra care with the pool stairs. Other than that, everything else was outstanding and I would definitely recommended Villa Momo to my friends and come again.

July 2019Chose this place for graduation trip and all of us really enjoyed the stay. The games room was our favorite and we made use of the pool table and the air hockey very well. The rooftop area with the jacuzzi and the sun lounge was an added bonus for us who enjoyed sunbathing. The staffs at the villa were also very sweet and explain us how everything worked when we checked in. Denifinitely would chose to come back again.

July 2019Momo Villa was a really nice place for a big group. The environment was clean, beautiful and comfortable, I really love their interior design. The Manager Tu and working team was kindly, and the chef’s cooking was fantastic too. There are convenience store just in front of the house, we can rental car for self driving easily, and we can booking day trips through the Sentosa Spa Resorts that just nearby Momo Villa. I would like to recommend Momo Vill to everyone. And I must live in again when I come to Phuket next time. Cheers

August 2019Stayed here with a group of 6 and had a wonderful stay. The house is beautiful, there is a convenience store across the street and easy communication to book excursions and order food. The only hang up we had was that the air conditioning in the master suite broke. The room was extremely hot for a few days. Technician had to come fix it. Slight inconvenience for us and no compensation offered - not the biggest deal but those 2 days with no AC were pretty rough. The rooftop pool could also have used a bit of tending too - not the cleanest. Other larger pool downstairs was amazing with a bonus view is big Buddha. Good safe location and helpful staff. Definitely worth the stay overall

October 2019We traveled in a group of 9, two pairs of couples, four single guys and one single lady. So five rooms was just a perfect fit for us. Bow and the team were very helpful in terms of pre and on-site assistance. You know how sometimes you only get 70% of what you see from pictures online when getting a villa or hotel room? Villa MoMO was 100% legit upon our arrival!!! Spacious with a beautiful view and most importantly a fully equipped kitchen that can possibly cater 20+ people. Cleanliness is another factor! Overall, definitely a 5 Star Villa and will recommend it to friends and family!

December 2019This house was amazing. Perfect from A-Z. The check in was easy. Right on arrival we were already expecting dinner. Immediately after the dinner, the housekeepers asked us to write down what we would like to eat for breakfast. The cook only cooked Thai, which wasamazing. All 10 guests enjoyed it very much. However, you have to inform if the food should not be spicy. The Cook was really really something WOOOW. The housekeepers cleaned every day and even washed all the clothes and folded them back.Even if we did not ask for it. It was very friendly. The view and the location were really great. The Pool was very clean. Everything in the house is muich more better then on the fotos. The supermarket opposite is a little bit expensive. Also it is not really a supermarket. It is more a little shop. We went by taxi to shop somewhere else. Bow speaks very well english and we were in contact very often. she helps us for every question. The stay was very luxurious and perfect. Evry time again if we come back to Phuket. Thank you very much for the perfekt holiday in your House.
