5 Bathrooms Villa Omari has five bedrooms, each having its own en-suite bathroom, infinity pool over looking the ocean, kata beach, fully equipped western kitchen, Italian tiled floors and bathrooms. Our maids will assist to prepare and cook breakfast. Luxury villa Omari has sea view over infinity pool, spacious balconies, roof top terrace with the plunge pool with BBQ area. The cinema & game room is equipped with movie projector and surround sound audio to give you the full experience.
What sets Villa Omari apart from all other villas in Phuket is it's extravagant cinema room and games room. The cinema room is equipped with the latest HD movie projector and surround sound audio to give you the full experience. The extensive movie/tv show/sports channels are sure to keep you entertained, the large custom made sofa can seat all guests comfortably. The games room has world class pool table, table football and air-hockey along with chill out seating and a full functioning bar.
The roof top terrace with the plunge pool is a perfect place to relax with over 250 square meters of space with BBQ area, large sofa, day bed and sun loungers. Villa Omari has a total area of a very extravagant 1200 square meters and can be rented up to 12 people
Located in the most desirable Kata Hill in Phuket, Thailand, is a three minute-drive from Kata Beach, one minute walk to Sentosa wellness centre and healthy eating restaurant and a fifty minute drive from Phuket International Airport. The luxurious villa is located in close proximity Kata and Kata noi beaches and to local & world-class international restaurants, local shops and supermarkets, all within a five-minute drive.

* Only registered guests allow to stay at the property
* Kindly turn off aircon units when guests are not in the rooms , when guests leave the property.
* Please do not have windows open when air-condition is on.
* No smoking inside the property please ( balcony outdoor area is ok)
* Not allow big party with loud music that could disturb the neighbour.
* We have Complimentary Breakfast Cooking Service include cost for food & ingredients no markup on market prices.
Cleaning service included 3 times per week.
*For 28 nights ++ or more Electricity is not included , charge at cost 6 BHT per unit meter usage.
* Security deposit of 1000 USD or equivalent 35000 THB will be collected on arrival and returned on the check-out day at departure time ,subject to damage or breakages.

Our villa manager can provide all request you may want during your stay such as massage in the villa can be arranged, tours and excursions , restaurant booking, trips guidance and etc. Our maid can provide you some breakfast preparation food at market costs- no mark up). Private cook /chef service can be also arrange at cost.
Grocery list can be requested 20% set charge on the actual bill, please request in advance so we can prepare for you on arrival.
Cleaning service included 6 times per week.
For 28 nights ++ or more Electricity is not included , charge at cost 6 BHT per unit meter usage.
Security deposit of 1000 USD or equivalent 35000 THB will be collected on arrival and returned on the check-out day at departure time , subject to damage or breakages
Alternatively, security deposit can also be hold by credit card as an option.

February 2025Well maintained and clean villa as shown in pics. It's highly recommended villa for peaceful stay. Although Patong and Kamala beaches are away but kata beach is nearby with all kinds of restaurants. Special mention to the housekeeping staff who made sure everything was in order.

November 2024Where to start, we stayed for 4 days (wish it was longer) but everything was amazing. Villa Omari is exactly as pictured thr home is amazing kichen has everything available to cook and serve. Rooms are amazing the theater is a great place to go an relax. The games on the bottom floor kept us all entertained when we weren't in the pools. Wan and her team are available with any help you need and super kind! Definitely recommend staying here if you have the opportunity!

The location of the house is great and the rooms are clean, massive in size and each have their own ensuite washroom . The helpers on site were very warm and made us feel like home.

Great service from the host and crew to make sure it’s a wonderful experience. The pictures cannot do the place justice as it’s much more wonderful than it seemed to us initially. 10/10 experience.

April 2024From the moment we arrived, our stay was magnificent. The welcome from the maids, Wan, Maria and the other lady whose name I, unfortunately, don’t remember, was outstanding, and immediately we felt comfortable and at home. I came to celebrate my 40th with a group of 11, and when we all arrived, we were overjoyed with all Villa Omari had to offer. We used the private chef, booked a masseuse and arranged a taxi through Wan, and every service we received was 5*. The pictures of the property, in my opinion, don’t do it justice. This home is exquisite, and there was even more beauty when we saw it in real life. Also, thank you again to the house team who prepared breakfast and many dinners at request. Every single guest enjoyed the stay and the hospitality, and we will definitely be back again.

March 2024Wow! Wow! Wow! What an amazing stay! We had a 4 couple trip so 8 of us stayed at the location. Our stay was truly amazing! The airbnb was absolutely gorgeous! The pictures are very accurate. Their was plenty of space for all of us with no problems. The infinity pool over looked the entire Phuket city! Literally 5 min from the Bug Buddah! The staff went above and beyond for us, they were kind and friendly. We had two personal chefs that blew us away! The ambience, the food, and the communication to set is up with excursions, airport transportation and drivers! I cant say enough about a remarkable trip at the Omaria Villa! The villa is 4 levels with a top level overlooking the city to include patio furniture at the top to lounge. The game room was fun and the pool was great during our time in Mid March. Every single person on staff was professional and courteous! Our family thanks you for an amazing, comfortable and remarkable stay❤️

October 2023My extended family of 9 had the best time at Villa Omari! It’s a beautiful villa with an infinity pool that looks over the sea and horizon. Strong air conditioning in the house was perfect for the hot weather in Phuket. The basement was equipped with a foozball, air hockey and snooker table! Bow, Sodsai and team were extremely helpful and responsive to our requests (local tours, in house massages). We loved our stay here!!

Chaya and the housekeeping staff were warm, welcoming, and very attentive to our needs. Sodsai ensured that we had the necessary contacts to schedule excursions with Nee who was wonderful and chef services with Chef Yut who provided us with our best private chef experience ever! Sodsai also arranged our airport transfers and assisted with coordinating our grocery store shopping. The service provided here was truly unmatched! The location also worked well for us, as there were vegan travelers within the group who loved the Santosa Restaurant located feet away from the Villa. Kata beach was a short drive away, and we were within a 30min drive from all activities and restaurants on our planned itinerary. We will definitely book with Bow for our future trips to Phuket!

June 2023A very nice and clean house, the view is so nice. Equipped kitchen that you could cook many things, but please prepare the chopsticks yourself if you are chopsticks user. Whats the pity that, the air conditioner in one of the rooms is out of order in the last night.That's make a small imperfection It would be much more apperciated if the response could be quicker. Some of the questions is ignored even not at night.

December 2022I booked this stay for my 30th birthday and the home exceeded my expectations. It was absolutely breathtaking and the views were so nice! You could see Bug Buddha from the roof and the pool area! We each had our own room with a huge comfy bed, and bathroom! The daily maid services were amazing, and they even did our laundry. We had issues with the stove and projector, and Bow and her team were so responsive and immediately helped us with both instances, and anything else we needed! She provided us with transportation from the airport in the coolest van, who we were able to hire for other days as well! He was amazing, patient, and so sweet. We were able to book a chef through her, and we booked our elephant sanctuary excursion through her people as well! I was even able to get the fridge stocked upon arrival to the villa! Everything was so perfect, and I’m so glad I chose this villa for my birthday. It was located in a great area, easy to get grabs, and close to Kata! Thank you Bow!

March 2020An absolutely wonderful villa. Lots of space for our large family group of 11 people. The decor is beautiful, lots of lovely paintings, wall art and sculptures. The bedrooms are all large with extremely comfortable beds. The house is spotless! The staff are fantastic. We loved the pool and entertainment areas. The only downside was the metal spiral staircase to the rooftop felt a little unsafe and we would not recommend small children to use the stairs. Everything else was perfect. So many kitchen utensils, cookware, crockery and glasses. The fridge is large with a second fridge in the downstairs bar. We would highly recommend this property.

Want to highlight few things: - zero floor have 1 big air-conditioned game room with cinema, airhockey, billiard, table soccer and 2 bedrooms - really nice to spent time there - swimming pool at the first floor, with nice view to Kata - we prefered to be there to be on Kata beach with a lot of people :) - rooftop with sofas and small swimming pool - nice audio system, which can help you to relax in good mood - everyday cleaning, like you live in the hotel But be prepare to use taxi, car or motorbike, because villa located not close to restaurants and another entertainments. I hope to be there again 10/10

November 2019What an incredible experience!! Way beyond our expectations, the apartment was clean and better than what was described!! Very well maintained, we had 3 cleaners cleaning our apartments and changing all the amenities just like a hotel. A beautiful outdoor pool and a rooftop hot tub was definitely the highlight along with a cinema room, pool table, air hockey table, and futsal table. An amazing villa to go have a good time.
