* Please be informed the exactly time you will check in because we do not provide check-in 24 hours.
* Please do not bring glassware into swimming pool.

For 28 nights ++ or more Electricity is not included , charge at cost 6 BHT per unit meter usage.
Security deposit of 500 USD or equivalent 15000 THB will be collected on arrival and returned on the check out day at departure time , subject to damage or breakages.
Alternatively, security deposit can also be hold by credit card as an option.

April 2023Beautiful apartment, great complex with great swimming pool, very responsive host with answers to many questions we had. One minus for us was needing to walk along the main road with kids, sometimes without sidewalk, in order to get to the beach. This somewhat stressful daily walk made the stay less enjoyable.

January 2023We had a wonderful stay. Bow was super friendly and helpful in all matters which allowed us to enjoy our holiday from day 1. We liked the Kata Noi beach best (especially our two kids), which was easy reachable by a short walk. Each day we enjoyed fresh fruits and asian pancakes, while staying on the beach. Evening are many restaurants in walking distance around in all price classes. Thank you Bow for making our stay extraordinary!

March 2020We spend a great time at Kata Garden. Everything was good, location, two beaches quite near. The garden was very beautiful with two separate pools and the apartment was so clean and we had a big balcony with great great sunset wievs. Absolutely we recommend this place to everyone

December 2018What a luxurious apartment! We’ve stayed in many AirBnb’s around the world and Kata Apartments is one of the nicest. So many thoughtful touches. The location was great - quiet but only a 5 minute walk to the beach and popular restaurants. I would highly recommend this place to anyone. The on-sight restaurant is a little pricey compared with a short walk, but super convenient after a long day on the water. The pools were a nice, quiet place to relax. Communication was great - we were met at the door upon or arrival. This was a great location for our family of four.

January 2019Staying at Kata Garden Apartments exceeded all of our expectations. It’s a beautiful spacious apartment, very clean, kitchen has everything you need. Stunning large balcony with outdoor dining table & chairs, 2 recliners & nice view of the mountains and you can see a portion of the sea view. Amazing sunsets warm the balcony of any evening. The apartment complex has beautiful gardens and is very peaceful, 2 long pools and the lovely sound of pond waterfalls, there are 2 outdoor showers, a convenient foot wash inside the entrance gate to wash any beach sand off your feet and there is even a decent gym with machines & air con. Kata Garden Apartments is well situated on a hill, between 2 gorgeous beaches of Kata Noi & Kata Beach. Convenient WOK - Thai restaurant across the road. The coral reef off the north end of Kata beach is incredible, it’s a must see for snorkeling on low tide or scuba diving. We also enjoyed the atmosphere & food at the Ska bar on south Kata beach under a majestic decorated tree. The Kata Gardens Apartments complex even has its own restaurant and a bakery shop with delightfully assortment of tasty loafs of bread. This is rare to find in Thailand. The host & cleaning staff were very friendly & all their communication & service was excellent. They went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed & well looked after. The security team is very friendly & manage the car park entrance efficiently and they can offer help with luggage to your room via a golf cart. We highly recommend staying at Kata Garden Apartments. It was one of the major highlights of our holiday.

Один из бассейнов адаптирован для использования детьми. В апартаментах поддерживается идеальная чистота, номер убирался 1 раз в два дня. Отдельно хочется отметить высокую энергоэффективность помещений. Комфортная для проживания температура после выключения кондиционера без проблем сохранялась до утра. Выделенный менеджер Tu оперативно реагировал на наши вопросы. Отдельно стоит поблагодарить за помощь перед отъездом, когда не завелась машина. Нам было вызвано такси, водитель которого помог зарядить аккумулятор. Это однозначно очень клиентоориентированный отель.
