This Seaviews Apartment is located in a Luxury Apartment complexe of Kata Gardens, there are landscaped tropical gardens, 2 swimming pools, a fitness room, management office, 12 hours front reception, 24 hours security, and maid services. Savor local delights and international cuisine a spectacular Momtri 's Kitchen our neighbor restaurant just cross the road.

* Please do not have windows open when aircon is on.
* No smoking inside the property please ( balcony is ok)
* Only register guests are allowed to stay at the villa.
* Big and loud music party that could disturb neighbours are not allowed.
* Please be informed the exactly time you will check in because we do not provide check-in 24 hours.
* Please do not bring glassware into swimming pool.

For 28 nights ++ or more Electricity is not included , charge at cost 6 BHT per unit meter usage.

Security deposit of 500 USD or equivalent 15000 THB will be collected on arrival and returned on the check out day at departure time , subject to damage or breakages.
Alternatively, security deposit can also be hold by credit card as an option.

We recently stayed here in Phuket and overall, our experience was just good. Location The location was fine-nothing exceptional, but it was convenient enough for getting around. Facilities and Interior The villa itself was equipped with the basics. The interior was okay, but definitely not luxurious. If you’re expecting high-end amenities or a premium feel, you might be disappointed. Pool and Rooftop Area The highlight of the villa was definitely the pool, which was located on the rooftop. It was a great spot to relax and enjoy the view. However, the experience was let down by the condition of the furniture and sun loungers. Many pieces were dirty or even broken, and the wood finish was almost completely worn off. This slightly took away from the enjoyment of the rooftop area. Practical Issues We found the lighting system confusing-there were so many switches and it took us two or three days to figure out which switch controlled which light. Jariya's apartment was perfect for our family of four. The rooftop area with the private pool was lovely – a great place to relax. Jariya's team were also very accommodating when it came to check in; we landed late in the evening and Jariya ensured there was someone there to meet us despite the late hour. Would recommend!

We loved our stay at Kata Gardens. Having the penthouse with the pool and hang out space really was special. We loved having our own kitchen, even though we went out for most meals to nearby restaurants or used Grab for morning coffees, pastries and smoothies. The apartment is very well set up. Comfortable, easy, spacious. Jariya and her team took very good care of us and helped arrange airport transfers. Highly recommend. We'd love to come back!

An amazing condo a short walk to both Kata Beach and Kata Noi beach. Everything is within walking distance. The outdoor spaces at the condo provide breathtaking views. The upper deck and pool were treat. From sunsets to nightly fireworks. We had one small issue that was handled quickly and efficiently. Great communication and response time. Highly recommend

We had such a wonderful time staying in this beautiful villa. Everything was so clean and the rooftop infinity pool was heaven. The use of the washing machine was very convenient The location was pretty great too it was a quick 5 minute walk to the beach and restaurants. I would definitely stay here again. Our host was responsive with any questions we had and even went out of her way to help me mail postcards! I would definitely recommend this gorgeous villa. We had a wonderful stay!

Very nice apartment. Nicely furnished and clean. Everything you possibly need to cook is in there. Staffs were really friendly. Just a few minute walk to Kata-noi beach which is so beautiful, clean and less crowded. We have been to patong, karon and kata beaches before. And we found kata-noi was the best of all. The apartment is close (around 5-10 min walk) to many restaurants and pubs, yet it is located at comparably quiet area. Pool at the rooftop was totally amazing. Nice view. Kids loved to swim and play there. Up hill with no side walk was a little bit difficult for us to carry 2 children. We decided stay only at this apartment when we visit phuket again, and we recommend it to all

Our stay was excellent. The hospitality was great, with a property manager on call to assist with any issue, give you local tips and arrange any drivers. The apartment was beautiful and clean - the highlight was the rooftop pool with spectacular views of the ocean. It exceeded expectations and looks better than the pictures. The apartment is less than 5mins walk away from the stunning Kata Noi beach, and about 10mins to Kata beach. There are many good shops, restaurants and bars that are all within a few minutes walk. Overall would highly recommend choosing to stay here. Thank you Bow and team!

We had the most wonderful time in Kata Gardens penthouse 4c. The apartment was georgeous. It was clean and contained everthing we needed. The private rooftop was fantastic, we spent a lot of time there by the pool. The apartment is situated close to the beach, and close to restaurants and grocerystores, everything in walkingdistance. The service was excellent, and all ours inquiries was answered immediately. We will highly recommend this apartment.

Bow's Apt 4C was amazing. The pictures don't truly do it justice. We stayed for a week and most of the time we spent on the private roof terrace in the plunge pool. It was wonderful. And the rest of the time we spent between Kata and Kata Noi beaches which are a 5 minute walk in either direction of the apartment. We could not have asked for a better place to stay in Phuket, I highly recommend. It was relaxing and private and beautiful. Thank you Bow!

We had a lovely stay at Kata Gardens 4c. The apartment is beautiful, spacious and very clean. The beds are very comfortable, there is good storage and showers excellent. On arrival there was lovely fruit and bottled water and we were met by Tu who showed us round. Tu and Bow were extremely helpful and easy to contact. We stayed for 8 days and there was cleaning 3 times during our stay. Air conditioning was good. There is a large balcony with plenty of seating and upstairs is the private small pool which is stunning with amazing views. In the complex there is lovely landscaping and the two pools are fantastic. There is security, good parking and grounds are looked after daily. I would highly recommend this apartment as long as one had moderate fitness. Kata Gardens is up a small hill from Kata and there is a further small walk in the complex to building C then 2 flights of stairs with no lift. We did not mind this at all but one should be aware of it. There are many lovely restaurants within walking distance and one restaurant on site, Leonardos that is very good but upper range prices for the area. Overall we think this is a great place to stay in Phuket.

as other reviewers have said, the photos don't do the apartment justice. great size with well equipped kitchen, big table inside and out and nice lounge area. the top floor pool is the extra luxury with great views across Kata Noi and to Kata beach. had barbecue in one night with fresh seafood we bought from the sellers in front of the restaurants. it's not cheap, but I think excellent value, good quick communications from the host and the staff onsite. hope to come back...

Bow’s place is fantastic. Very clean with everything you’ll need. The location is the best on the island in my opinion. You have a great view from the penthouse roof top pool. Walking distance to Kata Noi Beach which is beautiful, low key, and much less crowded than the other beaches on the west side. Tu was an amazing host, being readily available and answering all our questions. I’d definitely recommend Kata gardens and we’d stay here again

The house is very good. The living room on the first floor and the private swimming pool on the top floor are equivalent to a loft. The landlord's housekeeper has good English and is very enthusiastic. There is a big bed in the room and two small beds in the other room. The swimming pool is very clean. We come back to swim at 3 p.m. Every day, the guards and security guards in the community are very enthusiastic. In a word, this is a pleasant vacation with us next time. Come again with your parents!

I live in Bangkok and travel frequently to the islands, and Bow's place is my favorite accommodation that I've stayed at in Thailand. The set up at her place is just perfect. My friends and I enjoyed watching the sunset from the private rooftop pool every evening. We loved how comfortable and modern the space was, and really enjoyed using the well furnished kitchen. It's in a perfect location, right across the street from Kata Noi, which is a beautiful beach. Close enough to walk to some great restaurants and into Kata town. We will definitely be back. Bow was great, super flexible and understanding with our group when we had some last minute changes to our schedule. Her manager Tu was so helpful, she arranged everything that we could need and was always around if we had questions.

The experience was awesome! Bow and her staff Tu are very helpful. We were shocked by the rooftop pool and sunset view. The whole place is clean and very convenient, 5 mins to the kata beach and to the night market. Tu helped us rent the scooter and sent to our apartment directly. We had an unforgettable experience. We simply had such an awesome time that we will definitely come back ! bow was fast to reply - check in was smooth - help us to rent a motorbike, telling us what to do a see around, the place was perfect, the view amazing ! my kids and i loved the pool everyday ! extra bonus, the little italian restaurant delivers and is ridiculously good for the value! all in all we had such a great stay , as i said we'll be back hopefully very soon :)

A wonderful apartment with roof top pool for a weekend away or 2 weeks. We loved it here. Not only was the apartment lovely, the grounds and staff were great too. We also loved the two shared pools as they where huge, well kept and very tranquil. One great recommendation was the restaurant across the road Momas tri’s, was amazing and we ate there more than once. Also great location for beaches. All In all a great place and we plan to come back.

We booked this unit to celebrate a birthday, and the amenities exceeded our expectations. We loved being in between 2 beaches and having the choice of the rooftop pool or going down to the common pool. Sunsets from the rooftop were spectacular on good days. We tried the restaurants in the area and Wok Street Food across the road was especially good and affordable. Would highly recommend this property if you're looking for a private and relaxing home away from home. Thank you Bow and Tu.

Excellent experience in this penthouse. Note that the private pool is located one stairs above. Flat is very comfortable, restful and well equipped. Nearby are several restaurants at different price level (cheap but good quality at Wok Street food just across the street, Ska bar & Kata seafood also close, Gastone as italian restaurant managed by Italian guy) and also a bakery into Leonardo DaVinci Restaurant inside the residence. Hope to come again.

We had a fantastic stay here! The location is great being between Kata beach and Kata Noi beach. It was so nice to end each day up on the private rooftop pool watching the sun set. The place is spacious and clean and we enjoyed having a full kitchen. We had initially booked a beachfront hotel and in the end are so happy we decided to stay here. Highly recommend!

Amazing apartment. The location between the beaches of Kata and Kata Noi is ideal. The apartment in itself is spacious, clean, fully equipped! And the Private rooftop with the pool was the cherry on the cake! Tu and Bow were very helpful, great communication! Appartement idéalement située entre 2 plages. Appartement très spacieux, avec 2 grandes suites, chacune ayant sa salle de bain. Balcon/terrasse énorme avec coin lounge et coin salle à manger. Tout était en état, très bien équipé, et très propre.
