A variety of windows and glass doors open up to the outdoor terrace, where there is seating perfect for indulging in an al fresco meal.
The penthouse features air-conditioning with separate climate control, complimentary high speed WiFi, satellite television, DVD player and stereo. VIP amenities are in place throughout this luxurious sea view penthouse in Phuket located near the popular Kata and Kata Noi beaches.
This sea view penthouse is located in the luxurious Kata Gardens apartment complex. Surrounded by landscaped gardens, with the use of 2 swimming pools, and a fitness room, it is a wonderful holiday choice. The management office is on-site, there is front reception and 24 hour security. Maid services are also available 3 times per week.
Kata Noi Beach is a beautiful little sandy bay if you want to be near the lively Kata Beach while staying away from the usual tourist herds. This nice wide strand of white sand has incredibly clear blue waters during the high season and fortunately, its ‘out of the way’ location kept it relatively quiet. It just 5 minute walk from Kata Gardens.

November 2024My friend and I had a wonderful stay in this spacious and comfortable apartment. Everything ran smoothly from check in to checkout. I arranged airport transfers as well which were great. The apartment is so central, such a perfect spot between 2 amazing beaches and surrounded by fabulous restaurants. We used the Bolt app or walked down to the local tuk tuk rank if we needed to go further afield. The apartment block was extremely quiet and we hardly saw anyone else. Security was always friendly with a salute and a smile. The apartment itself feels spacious, the bedrooms and bathrooms large. We felt very at home immediately. The top floor private plunge pool was exceptional. The view is stunning and I miss it already. Thank you Bow and Sonsai for helping to make our holiday so lovely.

August 2024Eine wunderschöne Wohnung im 2.Stockwerk eines 3 Parteiengebäudes in einer Hotelanlage. Die Wohnung bietet sehr viel Platz, hat alles was man braucht und ist absolut sauber. Ein großer Balkon, eine Dachterrasse mit Pool und jeweils unbezahlbarem Ausblick runden das Ganze ab. Es stehen Liegen und Sonnenschirme bereit. In der Anlage gibt es einen weiteren Pool und ein Fitnessraum den man mitbenutzen kann. In der Umgebung findet man auch diverse Restaurants und Shoppingmöglichkeiten. Zum Strand sind es ein paar Gehminuten, je nachdem zu welchen der beiden Strände man gehen möchte. Sodsei die uns empfangen hat, war super freundlich, hat alles gut erklärt und war immer hilfsbereit, egal welches Anliegen man hatte. Diese Wohnung hat uns wirklich sehr gefallen und wir waren wirklich traurig als wir wieder gehen mussten. Deshalb eine absolute Weiterempfehlung von uns.

August 2024The accommodation was as it was in the picture. My family, with a teenager enjoying swimming, was satisfied with the availability of the private pool on the rooftop. The water play while looking at the wonderful scenery of Kattanoi Beach was the best. And it was nice that the public pool was quiet and clean. They always responded quickly to inquiries, and detailed and kind guidance was very helpful in staying comfortable. The bedding and towels were clean. There were enough cooking utensils under the tableware for simple cooking. It was also good that it was convenient to call a taxi and it was a walking distance to Kattanoi Beach and Kattanoi Beach. Both beaches were available on foot, and Kattanoi Beach was really close. For this reason, I was able to use the massage, restaurant, night market, and convenience store comfortably. It is recommended for those who want to stay in a peaceful atmosphere without being noisy like our family and have a private vacation with the sea.

June 2024Lovely Beachfront Getaway. Beautiful rooms and bathrooms. Amazing pool with a beautiful view and great privacy. Only feedback would be to fix the master bedroom bathroom lock and the master walks straight into the bathroom without a lock on the room side. Additionally, would appreciate if cleaning staff could speak English. All in all an absolutely beautiful penthouse to gataway to and chill. I will definitely be coming back soon to lovely Phuket :)

April 2024We absolutely loved our stay at Kata Noi Beach. The apartment was gorgeous. Very spacious with multiple balconies overlooking the sea. The private pool area is exactly as it looks in the photos. Beautiful views, very private and had 4 sun beds to relax. The location was also great. A 5 minute walk to Kata Noi beach and 5 minutes the other way is a host of restaurants, bars and shops to enjoy in the evening. Thank you for such a lovely stay - it went above and beyond our expectations.

The Kata area is peaceful and easy to navigate. Nee our facilitator at the villa was very responsive. She arranged everything from our motorbike to elephant sanctuary trip. Апартаменты соответствовали описанию и фотографиям на сайте. Бассейн и вид с него украсили наш отдых., особенно вечером. Все было великолепно! July 2023Well this place exceeded expectations! It was amazing! The place was beautiful, and had regular cleaning done by the staff. The rooftop terrace was a sanctuary for us and the plunge pool was so needed in the hot weather. Jariya was a wonderful host who greeted us on the day of our arrival, made recommendations local to the area and offered advice for our stay. Sodasi and her team were unbelievable too! The attentiveness of the staff were incredible! They arranged our airport transfers for us, they organised any other transfers we needed with ease and were so helpful! Thank you all so much we appreciated it!

July 2023Great place!! It was as described in the pictures. The host was helpful in any requests we had for excursions or transportation. The apartment is beautiful, cooling worked great, pool was refreshing and everything was in order. Thanks for a great stay! The location is away from the craziness but a medium walk or taxi can put you in the thick of Karon or Patong. The short walk to Kata Noi beach was easy.

April 2023Perfect place. Perfect location We went with a 9 month old and found the place super convenient and clean. Just as the pictures. The view from the pool is amazing. They helped with a nice baby cot and high chair. Very responsive to our queries and helpful. Got cars arranged for us too. Just a word of caution for people with knee problems, you have 2 flight of stairs to climb and a 100meter from the gate. My mom has a knee problem but could manage. There’s no escalator, we however knew about it and my mom also had no complaints. Even the roads are a little steep but a good small exercise. We extensively used FoodPanda and Grab for our food. You just have to go to security to go pick it up. It was that simple. There’s two good quality restaurants around the property - Mom Tri’s and Issara. Both fall on the expensive category (we paid 2.5-3 times more than other restaurants near Kata beach) but serve really good food. Issara is expensive than MomTri’s I will 100% recommend them.

February 2023Jariya’s place at Kata Noi was a beautiful and unforgettable stay. The pictures simply do not do it justice. Staff were extremely nice for check in and check out, and Jariya was extremely responsive. The little touches they did for our honeymoon was perfect. We’ve stayed around Phuket and the surrounding area and the view here is just spectacular, one of the best Airbnb’s we’ve ever stayed at. Still dreaming of the stay here even after returning home. Would 100% book again with no regrets. If you’re on the fence, the place is located on an overlook between Kata beach and Kata Noi beach. Best location for exploring the area and the night life and relaxing with tons to do. Enjoy! Thank you Jariya for letting us stay at your stunning place!

May 2021Get ready for an incredible view from the rooftop private pool overlooking Kata Noi Beach. This is a luxurious Penthouse suite that has everything you need to relax. The interior design is beautiful with artworks and modern furniture. The private infinity pool is extremely clean and bigger than I expected. This the absolutely the place to stay if you want a romantic and private gateway with beautiful views. We had some minor issues with things, but the team here was quick to fix any issues. Great customer service. The only suggestion I have is to update the speakers or the TV so that netflix and other programs could be more easily used to watch movies. We spent like 2 hours trying to rent a movie from TRUE but it just didn't work. Having a Roku or amazon box where you could rent from Amazon or Google would be Ideal. We were charged for the coffee that was in the apartment, but never told that it costs anything and considering the price I paid per night it was kind of silly to charge for the coffee. But the coffee was good ;) . We'll definitely be returning someday! Thanks, Chris

April 2021This Kata apartment was sublime. The location is wonderful, very close walking distance to Kata beach and Kata Noi beach. The space is very modern with stunning views of the landscapes gardens and the sea. The private penthouse terrace view was amazing, perfect for sunset drinks and with a nice private plunge pool to cool off. The terraces were huge, everything one needs in terms of kitchen utensils was available, and all the amenities were beautifully designed. We also appreciated the access to the shared gym. The area has some wonderful restaurants within walking distance and the place is easily reachable by delivery services. Khun Jariya and Khun Tu have been very helpful and responsive. Overall we had a fantastic time and fully enjoyed our stay in this wonderful condo. We will be back!

February 2020By far THE BEST Airbnb I have ever stayed at. The photos do not do the place any justice. It is much better in real life. The apartment is spotless. A beautiful beach is minutes away. The gardens are beautiful. The rooftop with a pool and a heavenly view of the bay is so stunning it takes some time to get used to the fact it is real. :) The management and personnel couldn’t be more friendly and helpful. Not a slightest regret we have chosen that place. Hats off! :)

Lägenheten är helt fantastisk, läget är kanon och poolen och takterrassen är med sin utsikt en klass för sig. Vår värd Nee var tillgänglig så fort vi behövde hjälp och maidservicen som var varannan dag var även den helt super. Skulle absolut hyra detta boende igen, och rekommendera andra att göra det.

July 2017Отличное место, прекрасный вид на море. Жаль что деревья, закрывающий этот вид, убрали только в конце нашей поездки. Все чисто, уютно, хорошее белье, просторно, есть все что нужно для житья семьи. Близко два пляжа в пяти минутах ходьбы , мы с сыном каждый день занимались серфингом с отличными волнами в низкий сезон. Очень приветливый стаф, охранники очень доброжелательны, помогали всегда. Все просьбы выполнялись вовремя. Отличная парковка закрытая от солнца. Близко торговые центры и рестораны. Очень все понравилось, рекомендую всем! Вспоминаем с любовью!

January 2018Kata Gardens 8c 2 bedroom apartment was fantastic and exactly as the picture describes. We had 2 couples in the apartment and there was ample room for us both and plenty of privacy for each couple in their respective bedroom and bathroom with a sliding door/screen to the entrance of each section. The upstairs pool area is fantastic with a lovely view of kata noi beach and is also very private. This apartment is a short walk to all the beachfront eateries at Kata beach and also kata Noi so you can easily decide which direction to go in when you walk out of the complex just turn left or right. Bow is a great host and is very easy to communicate with and is also very fast and responsive to any requests or issues, I found her extremely helpful and generous. I would recommend this villa to any of my friends looking for a 2 bedroom apartment. Thank you Bow

March 2018Apartment 8C is immaculate, peaceful and in a great location. Just a short walk to either Kata or Kata Noi - both with great restaurants and 2 lovely Beaches. Having a huge private pool area upstairs is really secluded and very nice. I would not hesitate to stay again

March 2018Omg this apartment is so beautiful! Spacious and clean and quiet - we could not decide where it was more beautiful to spend the day - at the pool, on the terrace or at beautiful Kata Noi beach. We spent so much more time in the apartment than we ever spent in any hotel so far. The closer beach (and nicer beach) is only 3min walk away from the apartment. The other one is maybe 7min walk away. You have a bunch of supermarkets on the way to that one. The private pool with the terrace is just amazing and the view from the apartment absolutely breathtaking. The cleaning lady comes every 2-3 days to change towels and sheets. Huge for 2 people, perfect for 4 guests. Only downside happened with the arranged driver: We accepted the offer to have a driver who would wait for us at the airport and bring us to the apartment. In the end there was nobody waiting for us. After several calls and messages some taxi driver arrived two hours late which felt like an eternity at 4am in the morning. As we got into the car the driver was asking us where we were going - so clearly not a designated driver organized by the apartment's staff. You just don't want such an experience after a long-distance flight.

July 2018Had an amazing stay! The apartment is in a great location, feels secluded but is close to shops and restaurants. Kata noi beach is within a 5min walk and the rooftop area is a great place to relax and cool off in the pool. Will definitely stay there again when we next visit Phuket.

September 2018We had a fantastic holiday at 8C Kata Gardens. The apartment was really nice, air con was great, cable tv interesting and diverse and WiFi very fast and stable. The rooftop garden with the plunge pool was amazing, quiet and private and we spent hours every day in it and it has stunning views. Not advisable for younger children as there are no railings and it’s a 3 storey drop. The complex has 2 pools, one of them is a 50m meandering jungle pool and the best one I have swum in! Kata Noi and Kata beaches, shops and restaurants are 5 minutes walk away, via a steep hill which is a short but good workout! We went mid September, we had about 4 days of quite heavy rain but some sun, then 5 consecutive days of beautiful sunshine. It’s the quietest time of year in Phuket with the highest rainfall but it was still really nice. A few places are shut like the complex restaurant but most were open. The complex seemed very quiet and in ten days I never met anyone in the pools. Nee and Bow were really helpful and any of our requests were very quickly and efficiently handled. Amazing accommodation and great value, an awesome fly and flop holiday!

December 2018This unit was absolutely amazing! The pool and balcony were total paradise. I’ve stayed in many Air BnBs, but none compared to this location. The view of kata noi beach was beyond belief. Our host Bow was great and the unit was even cleaned by a maid service. I absolutely can’t wait to stay again Thanks Bow!

January 2019Kata Gardens lägenhet 8C infriade verkligen våra förväntningar. Vår familj på fyra vuxna bodde i lägenheten under två veckor över jul och nyår. Lägenheten är betydligt rymligare än vad bilderna från hemsidan visar. Vi gillade speciellt den stora terrassen där vi spelade kort med våra vänner på kvällarna. Takterrassen med den lilla poolen och fina utsikten över Kata Noi är också underbar. Hela området var den lugna oas som vi hade hoppats. Det är en kort promenad till båda stränderna. Den branta backen upp till Kata Gardens är bara bra för hälsan :)

January 2019We stayed in Kata Gardens - apartment 8C for 6 nights while we were in Phuket for our sons wedding. It is a lovely apartment - spacious and with beautiful views. We loved the rooftop area overlooking Kata Noi beach with the plunge pool which was amazing to relax in the afternoon. Rooftop area is not suitable for little kids as there is no balustrading - but it didn't bother us as we don't have small kids.

January 2019We loved our stay at kata gardens! The private plunge pool was amazing and has a perfect sunset view over the sea. The apartment was gorgeous, clean, and comfortable. Taxi service to and from the airport was arranged so we didn't have to worry. We had a very late night departing flight and our luggage was held while we spent our last day at the beach, and we were allowed us to shower in the fitness center so that we could be fresh for our journey. Definitely recommend!

April 2019We had a fantastic time here. The apartment was every bit as nice as the pictures suggested. It was spotlessly clean and our lovely maid Jane kept it that way. Plenty of fresh towels, changed bed linen and pool towels, complementary soaps etc. Nee was the manager who looked after us and nothing was too much trouble: when our coffee maker played up and I told her, a new replacement arrived within the hour! The roof terrace and plunge pool were a fabulous amenity, and we spent many afternoons here, enjoying the view and chilling in the pool. We didn't use the other pools available within the complex, but they too looked spotlessly clean and well-maintained. This apartment offered us the very best of two worlds - self-contained accommodation and a luxury resort. We would unhesitatingly recommend this place to future guests.

Our day trip to Khai Nok was amazing, we ended up going twice as the sea was calmer than Kata Noi. Thank you to you all for looking after us and making our stay so special. The views were the best I’ve seen in Thailand. The roof top is incredible all day , the sun shines on the roof top from morning until night. Highly recommended this penthouse and hopefully be back next Easter .

July 2019Bow’s place is just beautiful, it really exceeded our expectations. The roof top pool is great and we even have a young baby (walking) and it didn’t matter about the lack of barriers! The deck off the main area is huge and had safe barriers for our daughter. The place is clean, has everything you need; is in a great location and is excellent value for money. Would love to return one day!

There was 2BD/2BR, full kitchen, living room, full balcony, washer, private rooftop pool, deck and entrance. The rooftop is the best part of this apartment with one of the most amazing view of Kata Noi Beach. We can’t wait to stay again!
