Kata and Kata Noi beach are very pleasant bays of Kata Villaage, entices and charms many visitors with its white sands and clear waters. Kata is split into two focal areas: Kata Centre, which is at the northern end close to Karon and Kata South, home to several resorts. The Club Med takes up most of the beach road, resulting in a shaded footpath that makes for a pleasant stroll. Continuing on through the village, visitors will find an abundance of shops to browse in, from souvenir and ready-to-wear outlets, to 7-Elevens and local mini-marts, to name-brand fashion stores. There are also plenty of dive shops and tour operators to assist those looking to explore beyond the beach.

*Tuktuk (Local Taxi) is not allowed to go inside Katamanda estates.

For 28 nights ++ or more Electricity is not included , charge at cost 6 BHT per unit meter usage.
Security deposit of 800 USD or equivalent 30000 THB will be collected on arrival and returned on the check out day at departure time , subject to damage or breakages.
Alternatively, security deposit can also be hold by credit card as an option.

February 2025Our family had an amazing week long stay in Jariya’s villa. We were very well looked after by all the team, special mention to Pook Pook who was lovely. Great communication throughout, nothing was too much trouble and the help with organising car and scooter rental was ideal. The villa itself is like something from a movie nestled into the hilltop with stunning views and very secure. 10/10 would highly recommend!

January 2025Great villa with super friendly and helpful management! Everything is clean (and regularily cleaned during the stay), the villa is large with great balconies and pool, and the beach is close. The two villages close by offer good dinner options. The sea and beaches are very clean. Only inconvenicen is that the villa is on a steep hill with no side walk on the busy road leading up to it. Not impossible but an inconvenience - best to rent a scooter.

June 2024A pretty extraordinary and beautiful place. Loved every minute of our stay and didn't want to leave. It's within a housing complex with security and is a short walk to the beach. The walk is not the best since it's downhill on a busy road without a sidewalk but the house itself is spectacular and the perfect place to relax.

April 2024Upon arrival, we immediately felt welcomed in this Airbnb, set in a lush, tranquil environment. The entry guards, unnecessary for safety but comforting, set a serene tone. The check-in was perfectly timed; greeted with the warmth of Thai hospitality, we received all info needed promptly. The house boasts exquisite decor, offering a stunning pool, a terrace with breathtaking views, and a unique massage area (massages bookable), alongside a TV room and a fully-equipped kitchen. Everything for a comfortable stay is provided, including discreet regular cleaning and fast Wi-Fi. The local town, with its lively bars, restaurants, and a convenient Seven Eleven, is a short 10-minute walk away. The uphill return often led us to opt for a taxi. We've fallen in love with both the house and the area, planning a definite return. This place is not just a house; it's a retreat that feels like a home away from home, blending luxury with comfort and the essence of Thai grace.

July 2023Simply beautiful peaceful villa perched high up with a wonderful panoramic view of the ocean. Very spacious and well appointed. Bow and her staff were very communicative and made sure we had a great stay. Would recommend a hire car or get taxis to navigate the hill. I would definitely book again

Each bedroom has its own ensuite and a huge kitchen, and two separate lounge areas, so could fit 3 couples very comfortably. Really friendly and responsive communication from the property manager. Beautiful sea views up the hill from Kata / Katanoi, in the breeze away from the main beachside streets. Top place to stay

July 2022We stayed at this villa with our family and our helper. The location is amazing and very spacious. The team was very helpful with everything we needed. Our kids spent hours in the pool. It's a short walk to the beautiful Kata Noi beach. We are definitely coming back, and I highly recommend this to anyone who wants a proper getaway.

January 2018It’s nice experience. Big house, we are cooking in the kitchen, sharing seafood ,beer and interesting things with each other. Perfect view from the balcony enjoying sunshine. The small swimming pool bring happiness to our children. The landlord is kindness. Because our departing flight is in the late night. The landlord extend checking out time for us, no charging any money. And her provide the restaurant suggestions to us. When we arrived at the villas, she provide the excellent service, housekeeping, cleaning swimming pool. Totally, everything is convenience. Thanks Bow.

February 2018Bow's place was good. Communication was terrific and I was responded to swiftly each time I sent a message. My father even requested 2 cases of beer and they were kind enough to bring it to us. If you are looking for somewhere quiet to stay, then this is the place to be. Would recommend anyone to stay here.

April 2018What an amazing space! I spent a few nights here with some friends enjoying their birthdays and the views. There was one issue, and it was ours alone, that we didn’t plan to stay there longer. It was a true oasis of calm in which we had a great time and relaxed. We WILL be booking again and only hope we are welcome back. Bow was a great host and offered up tips and advice whenever we needed. Never too much trouble. I can’t think of anything more glowing to write. Book, go, but never when I want to be there!!! Huw x

May 2018Bows, 3 story villa was amazing, including a great pool over the sea and pool below. I think I found the best villa to stay at between kata and Kata noi beaches. The proximity and back gate ease way to Mama tri’s and Leonardo restaurants was an added touch for good food. This was my second time in Phuket and next time I will look to see if this property is available

July 2018This villa is spacious and peaceful in a private gated estate, with great views. You are up on a hill so it’s lovely and quiet. It’s a short walk into Kata and the beach so you can have the best of both worlds. All the bedrooms are a great size and this will suit families or groups of friends. Bow is a good host and very helpful booking us airport transfers too which we appreciated.

July 2018Me and my family really enjoyed our stay at Bow's place. The location was perfect, since the beaches (kata and kata noi) and shops were around a 10 minute walking distance down hill from the place. The villa is located in a quiet villa park. The park has a clubhouse, to which we had access to, with a restaurant, pool, fitness facilities, and tennis court. The villa was very clean, since the house was cleaned every other day. It was very luxurious, spacious, and even more beautiful in real life compared to the pictures. Together with a nice sized pool and a great view, it was the perfect place to come home to after a day of exploring phuket. We never met bow in person, but the house manager, Tu, was there to take care of us, to help us with our questions, taxi arrangements and problems. Besides that, she and another chef prepared us a delicious breakfast every morning, and lunch or dinner when did not feel like leaving the house (or just because we wanted to have a really delicious meal). Bow was also very helpful and responded quickly to our messages. She made sure we were picked up at the airport upon arrival, and dropped off at the airport for department at the end of our holiday. She also made sure we had something to eat upon arrival, since we arrived late at night, after a long flight. All thing considered, I would rate our stay an 10 out of 10. We are very greatful for all of the people that made our stay at this villa very pleasant, relaxed and memorable.

August 2018Beautiful, spacious villa with stunning ocean view and its own private pool. Large living space for the family to relax in (and kids to run around) and rooms were amazing as well. You’ll need a car (or scooters) to get around as the villa is located on a hilly residential area - especially if traveling with kids. Host was great, superb communication and very responsive. Thanks again for having us.

Located in a private estate so feels safe. Owner was very responsive and we were allowed to do late check-out as we had a late night flight. I would definitely want to come back or recommend this villa!

March 2019I will first say that the pictures do not do this place justice. It was way better than I expected, particularly the pool. It is in a great location, very close to Kata and Kata Noi beach. The host was very responsive and was able to help me with all my questions. My family and I ended up staying two extra days because I simply could not leave!!!

March 2019The property is amazing. There are some hills which make the walk back from town a bit difficult, but very possible if you just take it slow. Being on top of the hills also makes for spectacular views and sunsets. The back gate to Kata Noi is very convenient to getting to an amazing beach and restaurants. The team that you have access to will be able to assist with every aspect of your time on Phuket and are extremely friendly. I would recommend this property for anyone looking for a relaxing vacation experience in Phuket.

April 2019Definitely it was a wonderful experience at Bow’s house. Very comfortable for a big family. Strongly recommended for family trip. The house manager Tu and her stuff was very thoughtful, gave me a ride to the grocery which helped a lot. Even though there was a little accident with the water and WIFI which was due to the storm, they responded quickly and made everything goes well very fast. If you are a big family, you’d better to have a vehicle for transportation since there are lots ramp way in and out the villa. A little bit hard for elderly people to walk.

May 20195.2-5.7的普吉行程,前两天住的是芭东,后三天住这里｡真的是天差地别,这里太棒了｡私密性很好,安全系数很高,门口都有保安,只有住里面的客人才可以进去｡房间一共三层,泳池对着一个房间｡还有两个房间在三层｡二层是客厅饭厅厨房｡厨房设施一应俱全,啥都有｡外出的话有条小道可以直接通到大门,大门走下去坡很陡,周边便利店什么的都很方便｡ Bow很贴心的还为我们准备了火烈鸟游泳圈,第一天入住还给我们准备丰盛的水果,对接的管家也很贴心的替我解决出行包车问题｡期间有天我老公要出海,但是风很大,我怕有危险,也及时把我的担心反馈给了对接的管家｡管家第一时间给我了回复,真的很感谢｡ 三天时间太快,我们全家都超级满意,希望下次有机会去普吉的时候还能住这里｡

July 2019Bow's place is gorgeous and has everything you need for an incredible vacation. The pool is amazing and a good size which was a surprise for a private pool. The only challenge was that the beach was a 10-15 minute walk and the area is a bit hilly. If you want to hear the ocean from your balcony, the place is a little far for that. However, the incredible views, the massage room, the safety of 24 hour security and the constant guidance and availability of the staff made this unforgettable for us. The staff even arranged massages for us at the Villa!

Нормальные машины и хорошие водители. Без сюрпризов. Подождут. Все покажут. Знают остров. Чистый бассейн. Чистота на вилле. Отличные стиральная машина и сушильная машины. Минус -вилла нуждается в реновации.
