This Sea view apartment is an enchanting apartment on the two top floors, contemporary building architecture, with the top roof garden and plunge pool. The view from the terrace and the top roof is absolutely stunning. In the unit is an air conditioned with a separate climate remote control, and there is a high speed wireless internet connection, The living-room sofa for your daily comfortable. All along the main wall, there are windows and glass doors, opening onto the terrace. This Sea view home is a pleasant place to relax for a couple, group family of four.

The apartment is very pleasant, well equipped with all the necessary comforts. The swimming pool with its very large terrace is a real plus. We also really appreciated the residence with its huge swimming pools in a lush garden. Just a stone's throw from Kata's two beaches and numerous restaurants. This penthouse is a great alternative to renting a villa and offers all the services of a condo. I RECOMMEND

February 2024We had a wonderful stay, the penthouse apartment is beautiful. The views from the upper terrace and plunge pool were stunning. Jariya was a very responsive host always responding quickly to any queries and arranged early and late check out for us. We would definitely recommend anyone to stay here. There is also an amazing restaurant next door. The only slight niggle we had was that the apartment sleeps 4 but there were only 2 sunbeds and limited shade on the upper terrace by the pool and as we were a party of 3, we could not all enjoy this space as we would have liked. Apart from that everything was amazing and we were sad to leave.

February 2024The location of the apartment is very good. It takes 5 minutes to get to the beach. The environment is beautiful. I especially like the garden swimming pool on the roof. It is also very close to convenience stores and restaurants. It takes 10 minutes to walk to the night market. The overall experience exceeded my expectations. My friends and I are very happy.

April 2023We had a fantastic two weeks at Kata gardens, Bow and her team were nothing short of first class, we had a couple of small problems while we were there which they put right straight away! The location was perfect for us. The apartment wasn’t lacking in anything and the cleaning service was brilliant executed 3times a week. Over all a wonderful holiday and we will be booking again with out hesitation.

February 2023Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in Phuket. Das Haus ist super schön und sehr geräumig. Wasser und frisches Obst wurde bereitgestellt. Die Villa ist ein paar Minuten Fußweg vom Strand entfernt, zum Zentrum ist es auch nicht weit. Wir würden die Villa auf jeden Fall nochmal buchen. Alle sind sehr freundlich gewesen. Wenn man Fragen hatte, konnte man sich immer melden. Sehr gerne wieder :) Danke für die schöne Zeit! Anna

The terrace view was great, but the view from the upstairs plunge pool deck was unbeatable. Definitely recommend for a relaxed and quiet Kata Beach stay, and I will definitely be back. September 2022We visited Thailand for 3 weeks as family vacation and this place was our base when exploring Phuket. The apartment was spacious and the pool on the rooftop was an absolute highlight. Also, Kata Noi Beach was lovely. The only thing to keep in mind is that it is on the third floor without elevator. We were glad our toddler was able to climb the stairs by herself. Jariya (Bow) and her whole team were very helpful. Would definitely stay there again and highly recommend.

September 2022This is a beautiful villa. It’s private and quiet with a very relaxing layout. The decor and furnishings are understated high-quality. We especially loved the large soaking tub and the rooftop plunge pool, which was very refreshing at the end of the day. Sunsets were beautiful, as were the early-morning birdsongs. Air conditioning was easy to use and very efficient. Bow arranged a private chef to cook us dinner which was excellent. There are many restaurant choices nearby; Mom Tri’s is closest (and very good), and there are many more to choose from within 10 minutes, many with good views. We’re kind of sorry we only stayed 5 nights, and will look forward to returning.

September 2022We had a great 5 night stay. The location is good, with it being a short walk down to Kata beach and nearby shops and restaurants. The apartment had everything we needed inside even a cot and high chair for our infant. It was a great place to relax and the WiFi was good enough for remote work and video calls. The highlight was definitely the private rooftop pool. Bow was a good host, and the check in process was easy. We would definitely come back!

It is a great location between Kata noi and Kata Yai beaches, very easy and quick to get down to both, less than 5 minutes walk. We will definitely come back to stay again. January 2018Kata Gardens Penthouse 6c was fantastic. Great for two couples and great location. The highlight is the plunge pool roof top area which is magnificent for sunbathing and the view of both Kata Noi and Kata bays was gorgeous especially having a beer and watching the sunset. As good as the penthouses are I would not think the apartments below would be anywhere nearly as good. The booking through Bow was simple and she is very fast to respond to anything. Ms Tu who is the site supervisor was also extremely helpful. Need to be reasonably fit as the site is at the top of the hill so a short but hilly walk each day in both directions. Also many stairs to navigate each day getting to the 3rd level. A great alternative to a resort stay for couples who enjoy each other’s company

March 2019Bow’s place is fantastic. It’s large, modern, super clean and very comfortable. The views from the rooftop pool are incredible! It’s located very near the beach, next to lots of fancy restaurants but also high enough in the hills so there is no noise at night. There were a couple of minor problems (bedroom door came off runners and alignment of front door lock) which Bow arranged to get fixed straight away. Would love to stay again next time I’m in Kata.

March 2019Bow's unit at Kata Gardens was just as described in the listing. We were a group of 4 adults (2 couples) and loved our 3-night stay at unit 6C. Bow met us at our arrival and the Kata Garden's services helped to carry all of our many bags to the unit. There were thoughtful touches upon arrival such as bottled water, fresh fruit, instant coffee and bread. The unit has a master bedroom and guest bedroom but we found both comparable. The master bedroom is slightly fancier with a beautiful bathtub. There's a shaded deck area attached directly to the unit with some outdoor furniture, but we spent most of our time on the roof. For us the undoubtedly best part of the unit was the private plunge pool and beautiful roof deck views. You get to the rooftop by exiting the apartment and walking up a flight of stairs. We started and ended our days enjoying this private space, and the pool helped us cool off after returning from hot beach days. The location is nestled between Kata Noi and Kata beach which was perfect for us. We enjoyed the quiet beautiful beach and blue waters of Kata Noi, and then the slightly busier fun restaurants at Kata. I recommend sunset cocktails at Mama Tri's across the street, which has spansive views of Kata Noi beach area. The unit's surrounding hills and stairs are really not so bad if you're in decent shape. The unit is about a 20 minute cab right to Patong if you're interested in checking out that space as well. We would definitely recommend this unit! What a gem of location (esp that private roofdeck + plunge pool!). Thank you so much Bow for hosting us! We hope to return again.

November 2019I stayed here with my husband and another couple and it was amazing! Each couple had a private bedroom and bathroom with AC. We loved the private pool and view upstairs, had fun playing games in the living room, and made the most of a thunderstorm by watching from the covered balcony. It's a short walk to two beautiful beaches, and there's restaurants and small shops walking distance too. The kitchen has lots of dishes and we kept the fridge full of drinks and ice cream. Bow is a lovely host and her staff helped us with our luggage on arrival and departure. She even was able to let us do a late check out. Highly recommend this place!
