With a great location near both Kata Noi and Kata Beach, The Heights Phuket 2 Bed Ocean View is a perfect holiday option for a family, couples, or a small group of friends seeking a luxury holiday in Phuket.
Kata and Kata Noi beach are very pleasant bays of Kata Villaage, entices and charms many visitors with its white sands and clear waters. Kata is split into two focal areas: Kata Centre, which is at the northern end close to Karon and Kata South, home to several resorts. The Club Med takes up most of the beach road, resulting in a shaded footpath that makes for a pleasant stroll. Continuing on through the village, visitors will find an abundance of shops to browse in, from souvenir and ready-to-wear outlets, to 7-Elevens and local mini-marts, to name-brand fashion stores. There are also plenty of dive shops and tour operators to assist those looking to explore beyond the beach.

For 28 nights ++ or more Electricity is not included , charge at cost 6 BHT per unit meter usage.
Alternatively, security deposit can also be hold by credit card as an option.
Security deposit of 600 USD or equivalent 20000 THB will be collected on arrival and returned on the check out day at departure time , subject to damage or breakages.

April 2025un peu isolé de l'agitation de Kata, le logement est encore mieux que sur les photos. Calme, vue superbe et environnement de la résidence d'une grande qualité avec une salle de sport et une des plus belle piscine que je n'ai jamais vu. De plus le l'hôte représentée par Pook, est toujours à l'écoute, propose un ménage de qualité et est d'une extrême gentillesse. pour résumer, d'une réservation de 4 jours, je suis resté 12 jours... merci encore à Pook et à Bow

July 2023You need to have a car for sure. When you have a car to travel around, this place is fantastic - stunning views, close to kata beach and kata noi beach, spacious rooms, good facilities.

January 2020Stay was great the complementary water and fruit was really nice. Place was really clean and well maintained. Washing machine and dryer were nice to have especially for longer stays. All the amenities and appliances in the apartment worked well and apartment is stocked with everything you would need. Pool in the complex was amazing. Staff in the complex very friendly and helpful especially security guards at the gate. Responses to messages was quick and responded to any queries quickly. Apartment is spacious and comfortable. Would recommend this place and possibly stay here again. View from the apartment was amazing and the pictures were accurate not like other places where they could be deceiving, here everything was like it was in the pictures. Kata Beach is also a good beach to swim at, found it cleaner and nicer than Patong. Overall had a really good stay and the whole family enjoyed it. Thank you for this awesome experience.

July 2019This place have beautiful views and very great amenities. Lovely pool and jacuzzi . The only downside would be the steep hills surrounding the place . Motorbike/scooter rental highly recommended. Host was very helpful from organising pick up from airport, Owen our driver was excellent and speaks great English to bike rental drop off and pick up from apartment. Excellent for a family/ friends trip.

November 2019This was my 5th time staying at the Heights in Phuket. I would not recommend any other villa complex. Look no further. This particular unit is great, clean and ideally located far enough from the hustle and bustle of patong but still close enough if you wish to get your entertainment and nightlife fix.
