The apartment is a spacious 226 sqm and features flawless indoor and outdoor living spaces. There are plenty of comfortable furnishings to relax on while soaking up the tropical atmosphere. The kitchen is modern and fully equipped with the highest brands of built-in appliances.
The master bedroom has a large, comfortable bed, built-in wardrobe and an electric blackout system. The bathroom has two sinks, a walk-in glass shower and a bathtub. The second bedroom has a plush queen size bed, built-in wardrobe and separate bathroom.

Nestled into the hilltop above Kata Beach, The Heights Phuket 2 Bedroom Seaview Apartment is located in one of Phuket’s most beloved tourist neighborhoods. With close proximity to the beach, shopping, nightlife and restaurants, it is an exceptional choice for a luxury stay in Phuket.
Kata and Kata Noi beach are very pleasant bays of Kata Villaage, entices and charms many visitors with its white sands and clear waters. Kata is split into two focal areas: Kata Centre, which is at the northern end close to Karon and Kata South, home to several resorts. The Club Med takes up most of the beach road, resulting in a shaded footpath that makes for a pleasant stroll. Continuing on through the village, visitors will find an abundance of shops to browse in, from souvenir and ready-to-wear outlets, to 7-Elevens and local mini-marts, to name-brand fashion stores. There are also plenty of dive shops and tour operators to assist those looking to explore beyond the beach.

August 2022This is our second time staying in The Heights and once again we had a fantastic experience. The accommodation was exactly as described - amazing views over Kata, beautifully-presented rooms and fantastic service from beginning to end. Jariya and the team were always more than happy to help out with any small requests and were really quick to get back to us if we had any questions. The apartment was spotless and was really well-cleaned during our stay. We used the kitchen for breakfast and some evening meals and there is everything that you could possibly want to cater for a family. We absolutely loved the view from the main bedroom and the balcony space was really useful. There is plenty of space in the apartment, so it was always possible to find a quiet spot if we wanted. Thank you so much for accommodating us and we'll be back again!

July 2022I have mixed feelings about my stay at apartment 18-B at the Heights in Phuket. To provide proper guidance to other travelers, I have decided to take the Pros and Cons format. Travelers can make their decision accordingly. Apartment – Pros Housekeeping is immaculate. Cleaning Service is offered thrice a week and they tidy up as though it is being made ready for the next guests. There was an issue with a health faucet and I brought it to the hosts attention Saturday evening. It was promptly fixed by Sunday afternoon. The apartment complex is very nice and upscale. It is gated, safe and secure. The view from our apartment The Heights – Unit B 18 was very good. I have seen better but by no means can this be dismissed. Sunset is beautiful. As is the case with most lodging facilities in Thailand, the support team is helpful in arranging taxi transfers etc. Price is similar to what you would get if you found a service by yourself i.e. it is neither higher nor lower. Dryer is provided along with a washer which is very helpful. Full size refrigerator is provided in the kitchen The air conditioner in the living room/kitchen is superb and cools the entire hall in 10 minutes. Surprisingly the living room stays cool throughout the day even if the air-conditioner is not used. Apartment – Cons The apartment decor is quite dated. Quality of tiles, furniture, bathroom fixtures etc. is not premium and has an early 90’s feel to it. It’s not bad or run down but felt overpriced for what it is especially since we are talking about Thailand which is very cost effective for hotels/apartments. In comparison to the quality of interiors you see elsewhere and given the price you pay for this apartment, the luxury quotient was not at all upto mark. I mention this because while the apartment is large and open kitchen gives a feeling of space and offers a good view, this cannot be considered luxury. The correct price in my opinion should be 30% lower for what it offers. The decoration is too busy and not tastefully done. This is off course subjective but huge pots in the middle of the room, tasteless artifacts (again in my opinion), fake flowers all add a cheap feel and I think are not necessary. Electricity sockets are not provided at appropriate places like dressers/chests and instead spike busters are provided which have to be put at random places like at the foot of the bed for charging phones, laptops etc. Hand soap (liquid) was not provided in any bathroom or kitchen sink. It’s not the cost but the inconvenience of using a mini bar of soap provided between 2 sinks. The door leading to the bathroom in the master bedroom is made with wooden grates which means you are essentially cooling the bathroom the entire night through the grates. This not only made the air conditioning less effective in the bed room but you also paid to cool the huge bathroom through the night as electricity is chargeable on per unit basis. The hill is real! It’s actually easily doable and in fact gives the much needed workout but bear in mind that the massage parlours, mini mart and everything possible is at the bottom of the hill. The tuktuk guys charge THB 200 to bring you up – a mere 500 meters which is excessive. You will have an issue with the hill right after a relaxing massage or if you ran out of milk and needed to go to the minimart. A 20 THB bottle of milk will cost you THB 220 if you hire the tuktuk. Plus you would have to call them and hope they are around to come up the hill and fetch you. This is a serious drawback. The work around would be to hire a scooter but there is still a limitation to how much water you can carry on a scooter up the hill. Host – Pros Cold water and fruits were provided at time of check-in When the host came to know our flight was late in the evening, she offered complimentary late check out at 5 pm without my asking for it which was very nice. Host – Cons All of us in my family found the host to be confrontational and not in keeping with our general experience of hospitality in Thailand. Their listing does not have any mention of deposit or separate electricity charge. We made it a point to clarify through message whether electricity charge was applicable and she said it was which we accepted at THB 5/unit. However on the day of the checkin she said there was be a THB 15000 deposit that would be required. I told her this was not listed and then some argument ensued on Whatsapp and she said she was concerned that if I have an issue paying this it means we may damage the apartment. I told her this was not the case and we are world travelers but I refuse to pay anything outside of Airbnb and particularly when it is not listed. Infact the previous evening I had received a warning from Airbnb not to enter into any transaction outside of Airbnb portal. She kept harping about policy and that it was on the listing which later I proved was not. Similarly when I asked her the next day if I could pay electricity charge by credit card through Airbnb (I was told Airbnb does not charge commission for incidentals) her message was it has to be cash and that this was concerning to her that I was hesitant to pay cash and the matter must be sorted immediately and that I must stick to policy (don’t know which policy as it is not mentioned anywhere in the listing that this is chargeable separately and that it must be paid in cash). April 2018Bow's place offered an exceptional stay. I was very pleased to find out that there was a guard gate with 24 hour service. The guards were extremely friendly and allowed for a peaceful stay. Her place was exceptionally close to the amazing community pool and allowed for a truly relaxing stay. Tu, Bow's home manager was quick to respond to any of our requests, offered help calling taxi's and airport shuttles and brought us fresh fruit and cold water upon arrival. On top of this we had a cleaning service come in the middle of our stay which was unobtrusive and very thoughtful. The home and view are even more beautiful than the photos make it out to be. This home is located in an exceptional location with great beaches and food options located a short 5-10 minute walk away. I will be sharing this exceptional place with any friends and family traveling to Thailand because of the exceptional experience I had staying here. Highly recommend, 10/10.

July 2018Были здесь июне-июле .Отличный панорамный вид из окна , просторные комнаты, шикарное белье , все кухонные приборы работают, хорошая посуда . Уборка раз в два дня , Приветливый персонал, охранники на въезде отдают честь , Отличный бассейный комплекс чудесным видом на залив Ката . Хороший спортивный зал , есть все для развития тела. Виллы находятся на высоком пригорке ходить пешком трудновато, но мы были на машине поэтому это было для нас не проблема. Удачное расположение, мы серфили каждый день в это время на пляжах Ката Ной и Ката Бич , в это время там отличные волны, нам все очень понравилось , будем приезжать сюда еще много раз )

The housekeeper who took care of us during our stay was fantastic and kind, villa manager contactable at anytime and responded very promptly to our requests! Property was spotlessly clean, well maintained and offered gorgeous sunset views, pool was quiet and perfect for getting that tan. Location 5 minutes from bustling town and beach, yet very quiet and tranquil. Highly recommended, and we are already planning our next stay there!
