Cleaning service included 3 times per week.
On call villa manager during your stay if needed and any assistance.
For 28 nights ++ or more Electricity is not included , charge at cost 6 BHT per unit meter usage.
Alternatively, security deposit can also be hold by credit card as an option.
Security deposit of 700 USD or equivalent 25000 THB will be collected on arrival and returned on the check out day at departure time , subject to damage or breakages.

April 2025Fantastic location with one of the best views of Sea you will find in the whole of Phuket. The Villa is immaculate and very large. Access is up a steep hill but we got regular taxis via Grab which came right to the door of the Villa. The Luxe Villa team were fantastic, arranging private massages in the Villa and also private excursions for our family of 5 (3 young children).

July 2024房角坐落在半山腰，每天早晨从客厅看出去，风景无敌，非常漂亮！也可以看到美丽的落日，真的非常美妙！房主在第一天入住时给我们详细介绍了这所房子，态度也非常热情！出入所在的别墅，建议租用摩托车或者用grab打车也很方便，因为去海滩路线很近，不过坡还是有点陡！总的来说这所房子值得大家入住，来体验下！

May 2024For me the main highlight for this Airbnb is the breathtaking view, waking up to that view was the main thing we needed. We'd get fruits and coconuts from the street and gather in the balcony to watch sunsets and even sunrises! I would definitely come here again. The location at Kata beach was perfect, we had everything we needed just a walking distance. Walking up was a workout! but the surroundings made it worthwhile. Not easy if you have older people though. The process of check in was smooth, we had someone greet us and show us around the villa and explain how everything works! The host was always helpful with other matters, helped us arrange for transportation and trips as needed. For a family that was a saver! The only minor downside of this Airbnb is the hesitation of most drivers was the entry into the property. Most drivers found it troublesome to go directly to the villa because it wasnt easy to drive out / uturn.

April 2024Beautiful house; spacious, bright and very well equipped. We loved the views and made good use of the resort gym and pool too. An easy and short walk to shops and restaurants, although a tuk tuk home is advisable to avoid if the steep uphill climb! All queries and issues were promptly resolved.

January 2024The place is as exactly as it looks online. Great views, noice and clean Villa, full privacy. Only complaint is that it is too steep to walk to the main strip of shops, you need to get Tuk Tuks to pick you up.

January 2024This is a spectacular unit located at the highest point at The Heights in Kata Beach with stunning views. It is even more beautiful in person than in the photos. It has everything you need for a comfortable stay. We were travelling with our parents and it was extremely comfortable for 5 adults. The hosts are fantastic and helpful - they even helped us book a catamaran for a private day touring the surrounding islands at a very reasonable rate compared to other agencies (some were quoting us triple the price for the same boat). Thank you for making our stay perfect. Can't wait to come back.

December 2023Beautiful villa and Jariya was incredibly responsive and helpful. Great to have the cleaners come every other day. The washing machine was very useful and Jariya made sure we had everything we needed, from chefs to taxis. We love the villa and would definitely stay again!

May 2023Everyone in my group loved the place and we would recommend it to anyone visiting Phuket. Kata Beach is very close and can be easily reach by taxi or a tuktuk. The views are breathtaking and it's the perfect view to catch the sunset/sunrise. Jiriya found us a taxi to and from the airport which was very helpful.

January 2020Bow and The Heights staff were super friendly, welcoming and helpful, I really appreciated all the help to make our stay easy and joyful! Thank you! The Penthouse is located on a hill and more isolated from street noise, making this a perfect place for relaxing with family and have one of the best views in Kata. We are already missing waking up with Kata view and the little birdies that would come to our balcony. To the beach is a 10 min walk or few minutes with taxi / tuktuk for around 300/200 THB. I recommend this place to anyone going for vacation to Phuket and want their stay to be easy and relaxing as possible.

January 2018We stayed in this amazing house for almost 2 weeks in January 2018. Bow was very nice and organized taxi for us who was waiting for us in the airport. It was reasonably priced. It took us about 40 min to get to the house. Security guy helped with the luggage and showed how things work in the house. In Am Bow's helper came to ask if we have any questions about the house or anything else. House is big and has everything for a big family to do all the activities of daily living. Cleaning lady was coming every other day. House is located about 10 min walk from the beach. House is located on a hill, which gives unbelievable view, however, take it into consideration if u planning to walk from the beach back to the house, it might be challenging for an older adult. There are lots of restaurants and stores within walking distance. Famous bangla rd is about 30 min driving which was only 10$ by taxi. Lots of tour agencies are there, they will pick u up from the house to go on excursion. Great experience , highly recommend. We had group of 6 people, different ages we were all very happy

February 2018This is a wonderful villa to stay in, in a top location. I particularly liked the ice cold pool and the spaciousness of the villa. We booked for my daughter's birthday and all had a wonderful time. It had all the amenities we required and the most fabulous view over Kata Beach. Would definitely book here again.

February 2018it is a really great villa,the view is excellent and unique. Thanks very for everything Bow has made,especially when my little daughter get sick ,the housekeeper helped a lot. For the villa,everything is so sweet,Bow even prepares water repellent and fall medince for customers.The swimming pool is clear and really good for kids.it is really a good experience here. Highly recommend and hope to live here again if have chance.

March 2018A very nice and tidy flat with a spacious living room/balcony, ideal for 6-7 people groups! Since it is on a mountain side, it has an amazing view over Kata town and is an outstanding spot for sunset and relaxation.

April 2018We had an awesome 4 days at The Heights. The penthouse looks just like the pictures, except for the fact that no picture can do justice to that view. Amazing! It was wonderful waking up and coming home to that view everyday. Bow and her team were very responsive to any questions we had, both before we arrived and during our stay. They arranged airport pickup and drop off for us, which made things easy. They can also arrange a chef to cook meals or give a Thai cooking class for you at the villa if you like. The price was much more reasonable than the ones I saw advertised online. The apartment is close (10 minute walk) to shops and restaurants in Kata and to both Kata Yai and Kata Noi beaches (Kata Noi was our favorite as it is smaller and less crowded). The apartment does sit on a hill overlooking Kata, however, so the walk back can be challenging. Walking down and taking a taxi or tuk tuk back up (200 baht) is ideal. While the condo is only 10 minute walk to beaches and shopping, its location uphill gave it a quieter, more secluded feel. We loved that, as it gave us the best of both worlds. Most of the condo units appear to be owned by non-resident foreigners as well, because when we went down to the big pool, we almost always had it to ourselves, which was also quite nice. All in all, it was a great experience, and Bow and her team extended the utmost hospitality to us. Thanks for an awesome vacation in Phuket!

The host was very friendly and responsive to all of our travel inquiries. Taxi service was arranged for transportation to and from the airport at a reasonable fee.
