*Please do not bring glassware into swimming pool.
* Please not have windows open when aircon is on.

Our villa manager will add group with guests 10-14 nights before arrival to make sure all is prepared. We can also assist during stay via chat group.

For 28 nights ++ or more Electricity is not included , charge at cost 6 BHT per unit meter usage.
Security deposit of 700 USD or equivalent 25000 THB will be collected on arrival and returned on the check out day at departure time , subject to damage or breakages.
Credit card option for an authorization hold, which will be automatically released within 30 days.
