Our villa manager can provide all request you may want during your stay such as massage in the villa can be arranged, tours and excursions , restaurant booking, trips guidance and etc. Our maid can provide you some breakfast preparation food at market costs- no mark up).
Private cook /chef service can be also arrange at cost.
Grocery list can be requested 20% set charge on the actual bill, please request in advance so we can prepare for you on arrival.
For 28 nights ++ or more Electricity is not included , charge at cost 6 BHT per unit meter usage.
Security deposit of 700 USD or equivalent 25000 THB will be collected on arrival and returned on the check out day at departure time , subject to damage or breakages.
Alternatively, security deposit can also be hold by credit card as an option.
Cleaning service included 6 times per week.

April 2023I recently had the pleasure of staying at Heights property. The cleanliness of the apartment was impeccable and the level of comfort provided was exceptional. One of the standout features of the property was the stunning view of the sea - truly breathtaking. The balcony offered the perfect spot to take in the gorgeous scenery while enjoying a cup of coffee. The Heights complex also boasted a fantastic sports hall and swimming pool, which I took advantage of during my stay. The facilities were well-maintained and added to the overall enjoyment of my trip. Overall, I had a wonderful experience at this property and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. Thank you to the hosts for providing such a fantastic accommodation option!

July 2022Jariya was a wonderful host. She helped us with airport transfers, booking of day trips, organised car hire for us. Nothing was a problem. The place was amazing with such stunning views. The pool and gym were top quality. We just loved it and would definitely recommend to others.

February 2020This place is amazing! The seaviews are picture perfect! I could look at it the whole day and never get tired of it! The place is well kept and cleaned. Three times per week the cleaners come to make the place spick and span! Another staff member, Tuk handled our stay. Tuk was responsive. Her local tips were useful i.e. Thai chef cooking is dinner, home service massage and airport transfers. She was quick to come to the place to fix the cable TV, apple TV, Netflix. Her little touches where she left me clothes detergent and fabric softener was a useful surprise! We also had a welcome fruit basket. Thank you Tuk for making our experience a positive and memorable one!

February 2020This place is simply amazing. We were four people, the apartment is big enough that nobody gets in the way. The equipment exceeds expectations. You will find everything here What you need. The terrace and the view from it is something amazing. If you need something, the host is always at your service and ready to help. It was one of our cooler holidays!

January 2018Все было прекрасно. Очень довольны апартаментами. Чисто. Bow каждый день звонила и спрашивала все ли у нас хорошо. Сервис на высшем уровне. Интерьер, экстерьер соответсвует фотографиям. Бассейн чистый. Вид с окна очень красивый. Гаджеты, Электроника - все присутствует. Искренни советую всем !

February 2018房间非常宽敞､干净,视角不错｡出门如果是自驾的话更适合,因为坡路不少,我们是自驾但走过一次的确有点累｡ 然后厨房基本一应俱全,除了没有电饭锅,哈哈哈,但铁锅煮起来也挺快的,就是容易溢出来｡ 洗漱用品最好自己带,洗澡洗头的用着一般,牙膏牙刷梳子不提供｡ 房主有点高冷,但基本有问题都会解决和回答｡ 对了,晚上那个主卧会有燕子一类的鸟叫,有点打扰人休息,我还带着一岁多的娃,第一天有点吓到,之后习惯了也就好了… 露台非常棒,早饭在露台上吃,看看海,不要太赞哦!晚上也可以躺着数星星~

January 2019The landlord Bow is a very precise and professional person, the villa manager Tu, responds very quickly. You can ask her anything,if you need help｡ I brought my family to phuket for the holidays,Rooms can easily accommodate 4-5 people,And it's fully equipped ｡The villa is on an upslope near kata beach,master bedroom can overlooks the entire cata beach｡ Believe me,Book a scooter or car online in advance and send it to the villa in advance ,you can easily solve all your traffic problems｡ Living by the sea can be very humid, but this location is good｡You can free to use the kitchen to cook your own purchased ingredients,The kitchen has a complete range of equipment｡ Pour a glass of red wine and enjoy the sea breeze on the patio. by the way,There have a public swimming pool within a two-minute walk with a view of the sea and few people. In the end, It's very satisfying for us ,but hope to pay more attention to some small details of the service, I hope you better and better. Tips: Five minutes by motorcycle to kata beach､Ten minutes to Karen beach Twenty minutes to badong｡If you book certain entertainment items online(Take a boat out to sea or an elephant camp),Please ask in advance if shuttle service is available｡

February 2019房子是一间大型面海的公寓,在一个独立的封闭小区里,有保安,有维护人员,有地方停车｡有公共的游泳池和健身房,小区很安全,景色很美,房间里的厨具也一应俱全,自己做饭很方便｡价格不算便宜,但是在普吉这样的地方,要找面朝大海的公寓确实也需要这个价格｡阳台很大,很适合看海｡我们租了车,很方便｡如果没有交通工具的话出门购物来回进入小区比较辛苦｡管家Tu人很不错,回应也很迅速｡有什么问题可以想她咨询｡总体来说我们的假期很愉快,谢谢Bow和Tu｡

February 2019看看kata海滨看夕阳的绝佳位置,闹中取静,房间宽敞,用品齐备,房间装饰有格调,非常推荐,需要提醒的是一定要租车,不然每天爬坡回去会至少瘦一公斤

April 2019We absolutely loved our stay in this gorgeous apartment. We were traveling with our one-year old son and especially loved the amazing pool area and the fantastic view from the large terrace. We spent a lot of time on the terrace enjoying the view and beautiful sunsets over the sea. It was an easy walk from the apartment to town and the beach and then a short taxi ride back up the hill again, all well worth it for the view. Bow and her team took really good care of us and made the stay so easy from check in to leaving.
