Just a short walk to both Kata and Kata Noi beaches, and close to Kata village, everything you need is within easy reach. The apartment features two spacious bedrooms, each with its own ensuite bathroom, ensuring privacy and convenience for all guests. A bright and airy open-plan living and dining area provides the perfect place to relax after a day at the beach or exploring the local area
The outdoor terrace has sun loungers and a dining table perfect for an al fresco meal. The dark wood floors of the apartment are really brilliant and provide a great contrast against the luxurious furnishings. Both bedrooms have en suite bathrooms with his and her sinks as well as tubs for soaking and a rain shower.
A fully equipped kitchen ensures meals can be prepared, and all VIP amenities such as ADSL Wireless Internet services, 55" Plasma screen , and Bose surround sound system and air conditioning with individual climate control are available within the apartment.
Guests can enjoy the amenities at Kata Gardens which include two swimming pools and a fitness room. The management office is on-site, maid services are available and there is 24 hour security.
Kata Noi Beach is a beautiful little sandy bay if you want to be near the lively Kata Beach while staying away from the usual tourist herds. This nice wide strand of white sand has incredibly clear blue waters during the high season and fortunately, its ‘out of the way’ location kept it relatively quiet. It just 5 minute walk from Kata Gardens. Walking distance to quality restaurants and hotels like Mom Tri Villas, The Boat House or its own onsite Asian Fusion dining at Issara Restaurant. Large balconies over looking pool and greenery gardens views with multiple pools and a gym for use daily.
There are choices of luxury spa or local spa, salon and massage shops within 5-10 mins walk.
Guests who staying at Kata Gardens have verities of cafes, restaurants to enjoy during their stay.
A new beach club overlooking ocean view called Fira Beach club is only 1km away or 10 mins walk.

* Big and loud music party that could disturb neighbours are not allowed.
* Please be informed the exactly time you will check in because we do not provide check-in 24 hours.
* Please do not bring glassware into swimming pool.

Guests can use whole apartment equipment include share swimming pool and fitness center.
Our villa manager can provide all request you may want during your stay such as massage in the villa can be arranged, tours and excursions , restaurant booking, trips guidance and etc.
Grocery list can be requested and arranged with 20% surcharge on top of the bill in advance to be prepared for you on arrival.

For stay 28 nights ++ or more Electricity is not included , charge at cost 6 BHT per unit meter usage.
Security deposit of 500 USD or equivalent 15000 THB will be collected on arrival and returned on the check out day at departure time , subject to damage or breakages.
Alternatively, credit card option for a hold authorization, which will be automatically released within 21-30 days depending on banks processing time.
