2 Bathrooms shared Luxurious, family-friendly Phuket apartment only 5 mins walk to Kata and Kata Noi beaches. Kata gardens has a beautiful gardens and gives tropical feels. Perfect for a couple or a family of up to four. Short walk to both beaches and village of Kata provide pretty much everything you will need. Tropical views and a contemporary style make for an elegant holiday apartment. Kata gardens offers a spacious living room, bedrooms. Both bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms and great layout with privacy.
The outdoor terrace has sun loungers and a dining table perfect for an al fresco meal. The dark wood floors of the apartment are really brilliant and provide a great contrast against the luxurious furnishings. Both bedrooms have en suite bathrooms with his and her sinks as well as tubs for soaking and a rain shower.
A fully equipped kitchen ensures meals can be prepared, and all VIP amenities such as ADSL Wireless Internet services, 55" Plasma screen , and Bose surround sound system and air conditioning with individual climate control are available within the apartment.
Guests can enjoy the amenities at Kata Gardens which include two swimming pools and a fitness room. The management office is on-site, maid services are available and there is 24 hour security.
Kata Noi Beach is a beautiful little sandy bay if you want to be near the lively Kata Beach while staying away from the usual tourist herds. This nice wide strand of white sand has incredibly clear blue waters during the high season and fortunately, its ‘out of the way’ location kept it relatively quiet. It just 5 minute walk from Kata Gardens. Walking distance to quality restaurants and hotels like Mom Tri Villas, The Boat House or its own onsite Asian Fusion dining at Issara Restaurant. Large balconies over looking pool and greenery gardens views with multiple pools and a gym for use daily.
There are choices of luxury spa or local spa, salon and massage shops within 5-10 mins walk.
Guests who staying at Kata Gardens have verities of cafes, restaurants to enjoy during their stay.
A new beach club overlooking ocean view called Fira Beach club is only 1km away or 10 mins walk.

* Please do not have windows open when aircon is on.
* No smoking inside the property please ( balcony is ok)
* Only register guests are allowed to stay at the villa.
* Big and loud music party that could disturb neighbours are not allowed.
* Please be informed the exactly time you will check in because we do not provide check-in 24 hours.
* Please do not bring glassware into swimming pool.

For 28 nights ++ or more Electricity is not included , charge at cost 6 BHT per unit meter usage.
Security deposit of 500 USD or equivalent 15000 THB will be collected on arrival and returned on the check out day at departure time , subject to damage or breakages.
Alternatively, security deposit can also be hold by credit card as an option.

April 2025Great location. Very close to kata noi beach and kata beach by walking distance. Spotless apartment. Very clean and comfortable. Well equipped kitchen. Good facility in the apartment including washing machine, hair dryer, iron etc. You will find all needed while you are traveling are in the apartment. Excellent communication between the host and her apartment carer. Very kind and helpful. Loved our stay. Very very comfortable stay:)

March 2025Min familie (mand og børn på hhv. 9 mdr., 4 år og 6 år) havde fem gode overnatninger i denne luksuriøse lejlighed. Den har alt, hvad man har brug for. Kata Gardens er grønt og meget velholdt. En rolig oase i gåafstand til strand og de mest nødvendige turistindkøb. Personalet tog sig rigtig godt af os. Vil klart anbefale stedet ☺️.

December 2024We loved our stay in Kata Beach! The beach is an easy walk away and the property is gorgeous. Multiple swimming pools and a huge patio. I was so glad the unit was not higher than the third floor as there is no elevator/lift. The view from the unit is wonderful.

November 2024Das war eine hervorragende Wahl, und alles, was ich zu diesen Apartments sagen kann, ist, dass meine gesamte Familie und ich beim Auschecken den starken Wunsch verspürten, noch ein paar Tage länger zu bleiben. Wir sind uns auch sicher, dass wir bei unserem nächsten Aufenthalt in Thailand wieder diese Apartments wählen werden. Absolut empfehlenswert, insbesondere für Familien.

May 2024Bow und ihr Team haben unseren Aufenthalt zu einem einzigartigen Erlebnis gemacht. Das Apartment ist sehr geräumig und komfortabel eingerichtet. Die Anlage ist wirklich sehr schön und der Pool wirklich aussergewöhlich gross. Es waren fast nie andere Leute am Pool und wir hatten immer unsere Ruhe. Bow und Team haben auf Nachfragen immer sofort reagiert und uns jeden Wunsch erfüllt. Sie haben für uns Taxis, private Köchinnen und den Transfert zum Flughafen organisiert. Wir würden hier auf jeden Fall wieder übernachten, sollten wir wieder einmal in Kata sein.

September 2022Wonderful, spacious apartment in a great location for both Kata and Kata Noi beaches. Apartment is set out so it is very private and overlooks gardens and the pool. Pools were great and the complex very well managed. The apartment was super clean and in good condition, with cleaning service every few days. It had everything we needed for a great stay, well equipped kitchen, nice towels and linen, TVs in each room, large and comfy balcony space. Aircon worked well. We will be back again!

April 2022Très grand appartement avec une belle grande terrasse. Les communications avec l’hôte ont été efficaces avec des réponses rapides. La piscine qui se trouve juste en contrebas de l’appartement est superbe et peu utilisé, ce qui nous a donné l’impression d’avoir notre propre piscine privée. Nous avons pu stationner notre moto dans le stationnement souterrain (ce qui était très apprécié pour une question de sécurité) et les agents de sécurité nous ont aidé chaque fois pour sortir du site (la rue devant le complexe étant pour le moins sinueuse et en pente, sans cette aide, ça aurait été pour le moins périlleux). La cuisine était bien équipée. Pendant notre séjour de 5 nuits, un service de ménage succinct et un changement des serviettes nous a été offert, ce qui fut apprécié. L’hôte met à disposition également de grandes serviettes de plage. Suggestion: un carnet avec les informations pertinentes relativement aux règles du complexe et avec des suggestions de restaurants à proximité aurait été apprécié. Dernier point: il faut savoir qu’à la fin du séjour, il faut payer les coûts d’énergie consommés durant le séjour. Somme toute, nous avons été très satisfait de notre séjour.
